Questo hotel è adatto solo per scattare foto e non per soggiornarci! Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo basso! Pessimo servizio alla reception! L'ambiente e le strutture della stanza sono molto scadenti e vecchie. Era la mia prima volta a Manzhouli e volevo provare il servizio e l'hotel del Matryoshka Hotel, ma è stato un fallimento totale! Suggerisco agli amici che verranno la prossima volta di scegliere di fare il check-in invece di restare

Beautiful unique hotel in Manzhouli. We are so happy with the service and free buffet breakfast The overall experience is exceeded our expectations. Loved to come back in the future.

Hotel is very big and there are many buildings. They let us check in eary with welcome cake. We are amazing with the big doll. Breakfast is very good. Because we aren’t Chinese. We have a little problem to ask the car to the airport which include in the room package. We talk a lot with them when we checked in. But when we check out, the reception was changed we start to talk for the car to airport again. Finally we can got a car to airport. 😅😅

Great hotel, beautiful inside and out. clean comfortable beds. 10 minute drive from China~Russia border and 10 minute to beautifully lit down town in the opposite direction. If wishing to stay inside the giant Russian doll, do check with the hotel as you can easily assume your are booking a room in the doll but be in.oneof the adjacent castles instead (beautiful rooms too). there are basic cooking facilities in the family room, a kettle and hot pot, water provided, spacious rooms. Worth booking with the entrance ticket to the theme park included.

很少評論，但是這次不得不吐槽！房間很大，熱水比較舒服，但是細節不到位且存在安全隱患，房間地板和樓梯非常光滑沒有防滑設計，偏洗澡下水很慢，每次都流的到處都是，一不小心從樓梯上滑了下來，尾椎骨疼痛不敢動，嚴重影響接下來的行程！網絡時斷時續，被子也不乾淨，衣架也有壞的，沒有提供紙巾等細節也不到位，與酒店定位不符，服務響應不到位，客人摔下樓梯酒店沒有任何反應！

木屋別墅是此次內蒙之旅的一個體驗，房間很大 樓上樓下兩間卧室都各有一個衞生間 很方便一家人出行 一樓還有一個餐客一體廳 也方便自己買了東西回來一家人一起吃 就是給我的這間別墅集中空調不好用 制暖不行 但房間裏的兩個單體空調沒問題哈

本來看了點評有點擔心衞生和服務情況，實際入住感覺超預期。房間很大，軟硬件都不錯，也挺乾淨的。特別是前台小姐姐特別細緻貼心，看到我們一家老小，主動幫忙送行李，服務很好。

專程來滿洲里體驗俄羅斯風情，因為不久前在俄羅斯體驗了小木屋，覺得不錯，這次特意定了木屋別墅，帶父母來體驗一下。沒想到體驗一點也不好，除了外觀，其他和俄式木屋完全是兩回事情，設施陳舊落後，電熱水器功率極低，母親洗了涼水澡，差點感冒，父親連續兩晚沒有熱水洗澡，衹能用温水擦身。房屋設計也不合理，面積很大，但是利用率很低，一樓的卧室很小，衞生間在樓梯底下，更要命的是進門的門檻，很容易絆倒，父母都被絆到過，好在沒摔倒，妻子就沒有這麼好的運氣了，崴了腳，去滿洲里人民醫院拍了片子，幸好沒骨折，但是腳腫了，走路很疼，對後面的旅行影響很大。在我們的反饋下，酒店工作人員態度還算可以，報銷了醫葯費，但是光有態度是不夠的，希望儘早整改，消除安全隱患。

就在大套娃酒店的旁邊，性價比非常高，內部跟大套娃是聯通的，選擇了帶套娃景區的門票非常值，早餐豐盛，能吃到撐，距離國門景區也很近，住兩晚比較合適

上下兩層的親子房太讚了！孩子在樓上玩得超開心，空間寬敞又安全。房間佈置得童趣滿滿，設施齊全又乾淨。最棒的是離景點超近，步行幾分鐘就到，帶娃出門省了好多力。服務也貼心，還送了小玩具。帶娃出行選這家太明智，下次還來！

套娃別墅前台服務我打零分的，幾個問題總結一下。 1，排隊插隊直接給辦理，因為人家是導遊帶團！管理混亂。 2，門卡打不開門，衹有一張能用。別墅可以住6人。 3，早上7點割草機就開始來了，直接就吵醒。 4，房屋漏水。第二天早晨來修呢。 5，9個大人帶了6個小孩因為早餐券多，直接被前台翻白眼。態度惡劣。 基本都是五分好評，這次忍不了一點。

木屋別墅孩子挺喜歡的，爬上爬下的，隔音非常差，隔壁屋上下樓，説話聲就像在耳邊一樣，套娃建築比較有特色，孩子們都很喜歡，景區裏的節目很多，都很好看，花樣滑冰，雜技團的演員都很專業x魔幻鏡子很好玩
