Hotel con piscina a Manila

Ho soggiornato nella suite Executive che era grande. Ha 2 bagni con doccia, bidet e bagno bagno, più una bella zona di soggiorno confortevole. Il letto è enorme di dimensioni re. Ha anche un piccolo frigorifero e strutture per la preparazione di tè/caffè. Ha grandi finestre con vista e molta luce. Il lato deludente è il bagno. Per questo tipo di stanza si aspetta una migliore selezione di bagni. Più lussuoso. Ho solo un piccolo bar di sapone e un piccolo contenitore di shampoo di condizionamento. Il colazione era un po' deludente, perché il primo giorno mi rivolgevo all'esterno del ristorante. Non c'era nessun cuoco. Ho dovuto chiedere cuoco, chiedere caffè, chiedere burro per il toast, come per un caffè, che era invecchiato. La tavola era usata prima di me e non era stata pulita finché non mi sono passato mezzo per il colazione. Il secondo giorno ero nel ristorante principale e era meglio lì, ma non avevano uova da ordinare perché non erano arrivati. In check-out nessuno mi ha aiutato con il mio bagaglio e ho avuto due valigie e un portafoglio.Grazie a Dio per la guardia di sicurezza. Lo lodo per avermi aiutato. A parte questo, rimarrei lì ancora.

Great hotel for it's price. Get the Tower Wing which is newer and renovated. Can tell the staff really go the distance where they can and it's like a localized Shangri La of sorts. Just one bug bear else it would've been 5 stars all the way. The hotel seems to be really, really rigid and they have some weird policies. Me and the wife like to call in call masseurs after a long day from a reputable company in Manila (the masseurs are properly uniformed etc). We informed the front desk that would be doing so. But were told ”any guests staying over after 10pm will get an extra guest charge” I reiterated like 4 or 5 times that these were masseurs and they would be gone 90 mins after they finished. They were not staying. I called the masseurs anyway. As expected they were stopped downstairs. I had to come down in my sleepwear and explain to the female receptionist on Duty (11 Nov 2023 around 11pm) the same explanation above. She called probably her boss then told me in a very condescending tone ”I will give you an exception ONLY ONCE. next time you will be charged an extra guest charge” I disputed again that they are not guests. She showed me a policy document I had signed upon checking in that said ”any guests or visitors STAYING in the hotel after 10pm are subject to the guest charge.” I reiterated, they are masseurs, they are not STAYING. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Really shocking and it really took away everything else we loved about this hotel. I couldn't bear to give 1 star as everyone else worked really hard. Another weird thing if you in the morning buffet their staff will pick the food for you and they seem to be a little bit weird and stingy for example when you're asking for vegetables they will give you one piece of broccoli . You have to literally ask multiple times if you want like three or four pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. I presume this is done for hygiene purposes but they could maybe start by asking ”more or less”? The morning Buffet goes from 7am to 10am and is a really amazing spread. They told me ”last call is at 9am” which means you can't enter after 9am despite it ending 1 hour later. I guess this is due to the large crowds

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Ora è un hotel piuttosto vecchio, più l'estremità inferiore di un quattro stelle che un cinque. Ma la sua posizione è imbattibile e la cura e le buone maniere del suo personale sono impeccabili. Le strutture, in particolare la piscina, sono un po' logore. So che alcuni degli hotel sono stati sottoposti a lavori di ristrutturazione e ristrutturazione, e questo è buono a sapersi. Forse chiedi se la tua camera è stata rinnovata al momento della prenotazione, altrimenti è tutto un po 'di legno marrone scuro degli anni '70 / '80 e decorazioni pesanti. Ma la velocità di Internet è eccellente (nessun limite sui dispositivi). Durante la mia visita, la TV via cavo è rimasta spenta per tutta la notte - non eccezionale che nessuno potesse essere facilmente trovato alla reception durante il turno di notte. Ma nel complesso vale un soggiorno. Le camere sono di buone dimensioni e tutti i negozi, bar e centri commerciali di Malate / Ermita sono raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre ci sono molte lavanderie in quest'arera, quindi puoi risparmiare un pacchetto se vuoi fare il bucato da solo. . .

I stayed here for one night because I had a USEM interview the next day. The hotel was close to the embassy, which made it convenient for me to get there on time. The hotel was decent, but our room looked outdated, the windows were dirty from the outside, and the light near the door flickered when we turned it off. We didn't report these issues because we were already settled in when we noticed them. The bed was smaller than a typical queen size bed. There was also a large empty space next to the bed, which made me wonder if there used to be a sofa there that was removed for some reason. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I think there are better options for hotels that offer more value for money than this one.

An unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.

The Bed, Blankets, Pillows.. awesome. The elevators(2) has a built-in alcohol dispenser which was nice. Guards on duty/utilities was very accommodating and patient. They should replace the ladies and gent in the concierge. The pool, gym, the concierge.. just average to low class as compared 3years ago. EACH needs review/renovation or replacements. The male concierge during our check in was talking inside his office, talking in a loud voice where we are. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! It took us over an hour to check in to our room when we had informed them weeks prior of our preferred bed arrangements. would think twice about checking in again.

La mia famiglia e io ci siamo fermati per le nostre prime tre notti nelle Filippine.La nostra stanza era enorme e pulita.Il colazione era molto buono (ordine un menu, non c'è buffet). C'è un Jollibee e un 7-11 proprio intorno all'angolo, e il Place Mall di Robinson è un 2-minute passeggiata (LOTS di buoni ristoranti lì). È anche circa un 15-minute passeggiata dal Rizal Park. Ci siamo divertiti qui, anche se ci sono persone che stavano affollando le corna d'aria molto al di fuori tutto il giorno e la notte, perché era il fine settimana del nuovo anno.

Grande hotel pulito per un grande prezzo. Decorazioni e personale erano sorprendenti! Facilemente la parte migliore. Forniscono anche strumenti utili per pianificare le vostre vacanze e acqua pulita filtrata. I punti di partenza funzionano con qualsiasi (almeno la maggior parte) stile di plug. Il tetto ha anche un fantastico ristorante e un bar! Ci sono anche una sauna. Inoltre, permetteno di noleggiare biciclette dal lobby se si sente avventuroso. La mia unica vera denuncia è che la scala potrebbe certamente utilizzare meglio la luce.

Siamo rimasti a Winford per festeggiare il compleanno di mio fratello. Potrei dire che era una bella esperienza. Quando siamo arrivati, la stanza era già disponibile. Ho anche chiesto una stanza in un piano superiore e mi hanno dato una buona. L'atmosfera e le luci erano molto belle e l'area di attesa con divano. Ci siamo fermati in una suite Executive. La stanza era anche bella. Ha un bagno, doccia separata e 2 lavastoviglie. C'è anche un altro bagno all'ingresso, ma con un serratura e un lavaggio, la vista era anche bella, anche se ha più case e le montagne alpine. La dimensione della piscina è buona e non è affollato e anche riscaldato. Abbiamo cenato al poolbar perché hanno giocato a banda acustica il sabato, il servizio era un po' lento perché c'erano molte persone e il cibo proveniva dalla cucina ******, e non accettano la tariffa di camera se supera il deposito 2k. Per la prima volta, mio fratello ha portato la sua borsa, e anche il cibo e il liquore erano buoni. Per il colazione, hanno anche una buona selezione, ma non hanno bacon :( triste. Tuttavia, l'esperienza del colazione era buona anche. Hanno anche inviato una torta di compleanno per mio fratello. Check-out era troppo veloce. Uno dei punti è il parcheggio che era al 7° piano. Era un giro giro che si alzò o scendeva e ci ha fatto sentire vertigini. In generale, consiglio questo hotel. Non è molto alto, ma il servizio e le persone sono buone e le strutture sono belle. P.S. Non potevamo andare al ****** perché abbiamo un bambino con noi.
