Hotel in zona St. John Bosco Parish Church - Tondo, Manila City (Archdiocese of Manila), Manila

I got to stay here because I'm ordered to follow protocol entering the country. I have to be quarantined for couple of days. However, I encountered couple of issues that I think I need to address with. 1. When my flight was cancelled I wasn't given the opportunity to reschedule my date of arrival. Imagine how exhausting it is after a long flight to call agency after agency to get another connecting flights. I had to call to reschedule/cancel swab testing coz of the cancelled flight. I had to call the hotel in manila (RedDoorz near Quiapo Church) to bypass and to consider rescheduling the date of my arrival because it was so hard to get connected with an agent over the phone but it wasn't granted. So I ended up paying a night of a room without even staying in there. 2. The front desk who checked me in was rude, not even helpful at all. I asked her when I checked in if there's a WIFI. She said its in the back of my key. When I got to my room. I checked the back of my key. It's a combination of number. I know I'm not blind but it never goes through. I called her and she said that's the only password she could give me. I called her again in an hour and she keeps saying the same thing so I gave up since its 2 in the morning and I just decided to fix everything tomorrow when I wake up. 3. I called the front desk about the same issue from the evening. They said the WIFI password is only located at the back of my room key. And they said they will try to look for something else and will call me back. 2 hours passed nobody called me. I had to go downstairs regardless I'm on 'quarantine' because no one seems to be helpful at all. Caught them laughing and chitchatting in the lobby when I'm struggling to get access to WIFI to settle some things to do with appointments etc. A nice lady came to my room and help me access the WIFI. It was quick. I asked her how she did it, She said there's a different WIFI password the management just happen to change it long ago and the password at the back of my key is so outdated. So I was speechless. From the night to the afternoon I was told the same thing that it was just at the back of the key. 4. I noticed 2 small cockroaches in my room which I don't really find it disturbing but for a business a running a hotel its a big NO NO NO. 5. My second night was horrifying. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt something was crawling in my back. I was too tired and sleepy to care for it. About a couple of minutes my oranges that was just sitting in the table fell out from the plastic bag. I find it strange but I was damn tired. Later this morning I found out that there's a rat bite in my orange, my cheez whiz and even the soap that I placed in the bathroom sink had a bite on it. I called the FD and someone came in to my room. I was shocked to be asked by a guard to check if there's a visible hole anywhere in my room. He told me that how would a rat came in to my room when its all closed. I'm assuming he is not think

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, ma la vista dalla stanza era un tetto, anche se potevamo ancora vedere la vista del porto dalla distanza. Ho chiesto una stanza con vista quando la prenotò, ma quando abbiamo avuto la stanza non ci è stata concessa, secondo il personale l'hotel è stato completamente prenotato. L'atmosfera del lobby dell'hotel è calda, accogliente e festiva.Hanno servito un buffet di colazione spiccato. Il personale era molto bello, molto amichevole e molto accogliente. 😊

Molto economico. Buon posto vicino al centro commerciale. Bello personale, buona aria condizionata, buon WiFi. Molto buono da consigliare

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

È stato facile trovare la residenza e mi sento come casa. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno in generale. E mi consiglierei di sicuro agli altri Lavorare un po'più sul sistema di pagamento per ottenere l'accesso alla piscina.Ho dovuto aspettare circa 30 minuti per pagare un canone

Durante il mio recente viaggio a Makati, sono rimasto a Abraham Manila. Dopo un viaggio di autobus 4-hour dalla provincia, arrivando a Abraham Manila è stata una pausa benvenuta. Ho scelto la loro camera doppia, che era proprio giusto per il mio breve soggiorno a Manila. La stanza era accogliente e confortevole, offrendo un bel posto per rilassarsi. Se stai cercando opzioni economiche, hanno anche alloggi in camera da letto. Uno dei migliori a proposito del mio soggiorno è stato il riempimento d'acqua sul 7o piano, che era davvero bello. E avere una stanza di lavoro dedicata è stato bello per ottenere il lavoro a distanza in un luogo tranquillo. Il personale di Abraham Manila era sorprendente, sempre pronto ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel a Poblacion, Makati, era perfetta. Ci sono stati molti ristoranti e bar vicino per esplorare, rendendo facile trovare qualcosa di nuovo da provare ogni notte.

Ancora una volta l'hotel 101 non manca mai alla mia aspettativa Il personale era amichevole, soprattutto il servizio di manutenzione.La cibo è all'interno di raggiungimento del jolibee 711 e doppio supermercato del drago. Anche camminare diante a moa

La posizione è abbastanza buona 👍🏻 a pochi passi dal Terminal 1... dirigiti al livello 4 del terminal 1 e cammina dritto e vedrai la scala mobile, vai al piano terra e già a sinistra vedrai l'hotel Belmont... posizione davvero buona per lunghe ore di riposo, la camera è spaziosa, pulita e ordinata, la colazione a buffet è abbastanza buona, da piatti freddi, piatti caldi, zona insalate e cereali, succhi e caffè (niente di cui lamentarsi, tutti i buoni piatti filippini) servizio cordiale dalla reception alle pulizie..Clifford, dalle pulizie, molto cordiale e attento….Consigliato 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
