L'hotel si trova vicino a tutto il ristorante. A piedi. Molto pulito e la colazione era buona. Anche il personale è cordiale 👍👍👍

Posto perfetto dove soggiornare quando hai appuntamenti a St. Lukes e all'ambasciata degli Stati Uniti. Il personale è cordiale e premuroso soprattutto nei confronti di Kevin, il cibo responsabile.

Ho prenotato una suite all'attico aspettandomi qualcosa di straordinario se fosse una vecchia stanza maleodorante, antiquata e maleodorante, con una cucina scadente e un mini soggiorno disgustoso con la TV delle dimensioni di un grande laptop con rumore proveniente quando piove l'aria condizionata non funziona correttamente , mancava la cassaforte, il divano era strappato. ti danno delle coperte sottili a buon mercato, non hanno il piumino. A causa del rumore della pioggia ho chiesto alla reception di spostarmi in un'altra stanza e avevano bisogno di declassarmi in una stanza con la sua metà del prezzo. Hanno promesso un rimborso e non ho mai ricevuto alcun rimborso, ho chiesto espressamente a Camille alla reception di promettermi e garantire un rimborso e sono semplicemente scomparsi. Ho perso due ore ad aspettare che spostassero la stanza e non ho nemmeno avuto la cortesia di rimborsarmi almeno $ 60 che mi hanno sovraccaricato

Hotel was okay. Three night stay was comfortable enough but unfortunately, early check-in is not acceptable without additional fee even though you have the TRIP privilege. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall stay wasn’t that bad compared to other cheaper hotel nearby.

Very convenient from SLEC. Good breakfast and comfy bed.

I booked this for the location and the free breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because they were very busy. The room was nice. They upgraded our room for free. I was disappointed to find only one towel, no hand towel, and no washcloth. According to my friend who also stayed there, you can call and they will bring another towel. Now for the best part...the breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order omelets, and a large variety of entrees. It was awesome! I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in Manila!

The room was dirty, noisy because the next door guest had a kid who was running through the corridor. Water was not served in the because even guests with deluxe rooms need to go out to the corridor for their own water, the pillows in my room was stained and the money I paid at the hotel for upgrade room was not refunded which they told me the will email but I know they are lying and the bathtub in my room was slippery so I couldn’t shower and had to book another hotel to go shower. I stayed just a day instead of 3 days and I lost a lot money because I even paid for upgraded room when I arrived at the hotel and it was messy…

Friendly staff, attention was fantastic. Rooms are very clean and the location is good.

The receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with my parents on there medical and interview in Manila.
