I got to stay here because I'm ordered to follow protocol entering the country. I have to be quarantined for couple of days. However, I encountered couple of issues that I think I need to address with. 1. When my flight was cancelled I wasn't given the opportunity to reschedule my date of arrival. Imagine how exhausting it is after a long flight to call agency after agency to get another connecting flights. I had to call to reschedule/cancel swab testing coz of the cancelled flight. I had to call the hotel in manila (RedDoorz near Quiapo Church) to bypass and to consider rescheduling the date of my arrival because it was so hard to get connected with an agent over the phone but it wasn't granted. So I ended up paying a night of a room without even staying in there. 2. The front desk who checked me in was rude, not even helpful at all. I asked her when I checked in if there's a WIFI. She said its in the back of my key. When I got to my room. I checked the back of my key. It's a combination of number. I know I'm not blind but it never goes through. I called her and she said that's the only password she could give me. I called her again in an hour and she keeps saying the same thing so I gave up since its 2 in the morning and I just decided to fix everything tomorrow when I wake up. 3. I called the front desk about the same issue from the evening. They said the WIFI password is only located at the back of my room key. And they said they will try to look for something else and will call me back. 2 hours passed nobody called me. I had to go downstairs regardless I'm on 'quarantine' because no one seems to be helpful at all. Caught them laughing and chitchatting in the lobby when I'm struggling to get access to WIFI to settle some things to do with appointments etc. A nice lady came to my room and help me access the WIFI. It was quick. I asked her how she did it, She said there's a different WIFI password the management just happen to change it long ago and the password at the back of my key is so outdated. So I was speechless. From the night to the afternoon I was told the same thing that it was just at the back of the key. 4. I noticed 2 small cockroaches in my room which I don't really find it disturbing but for a business a running a hotel its a big NO NO NO. 5. My second night was horrifying. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt something was crawling in my back. I was too tired and sleepy to care for it. About a couple of minutes my oranges that was just sitting in the table fell out from the plastic bag. I find it strange but I was damn tired. Later this morning I found out that there's a rat bite in my orange, my cheez whiz and even the soap that I placed in the bathroom sink had a bite on it. I called the FD and someone came in to my room. I was shocked to be asked by a guard to check if there's a visible hole anywhere in my room. He told me that how would a rat came in to my room when its all closed. I'm assuming he is not think

Ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica all'Eurotel Ermita. Ci sono numerosi motivi per cui dovrebbe essere la tua prima opzione la prossima volta che visiti Manila. Con i prezzi bassi degli alloggi, soprattutto quando prenoti tramite Trip.com, potresti ottenere le migliori offerte per il tuo soggiorno. Posizione straordinaria proprio di fronte a Robinson's Manila e un breve viaggio a SM Manila. L'UP-Manila, l'UP-Philippine General Hospital e altre istituzioni governative sono tutti nelle vicinanze. Il mio unico suggerimento: spero che ogni volta che gli ospiti ordinano cibo per il servizio in camera, emettano immediatamente le ricevute dopo aver consegnato il cibo e incassato il pagamento. Il traffico a Manila è inevitabile, ma con una corretta gestione e pianificazione del tempo, raggiungere i terminal dell'aeroporto è un gioco da ragazzi. La reception, i fattorini, i servizi pubblici e il personale di sala vi accoglieranno con un caloroso sorriso. Sarebbero felici di aiutarti. Se stai facendo il check-out ma hai ancora bisogno di esplorare la città o fare commissioni, puoi tranquillamente lasciare i bagagli in hotel e riprenderli più tardi. Savoy hotel manila is abt 20 mins drive from T2 and about 20 mins walk to T3. There is security check at both front and back entrance of the hotel. This give you a sense of security while staying at this hotel. Checking in and checking out for a breeze. Checking in and checking out was completed in less than 5 mins. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room with a late checkout package. We paid extra during check in to be upgraded to a double room. The room was a little small for the price we paid. The bathroom with standing showers was small too. Basic necessities is provided in the room. The matress and pillows were too soft to our liking. As smoking is no longer allowed in public place, the hotel provide a smoking room located at the 11th floor for their guest convinience. Apart from the walking distance to T3, there is a shuttle bus at the back of the hotel to bring you to Newport Shopping mall for free! Mall of Asia is also nearby abt 20mins drive away from the hotel. Breakfast is basic. There is not much variety for you to choose. Overall the stay was pleasant.

L'ho usato per la prima volta e mi è piaciuto così tanto che ho fatto il check-in due volte quella settimana. Anche mia sorella minore e i miei figli hanno fatto il check-in due volte. Mia sorella ha pagato la sua stanza perché costava poco ☺️Se hai bisogno di qualcosa puoi chiamare, ma puoi sentire il personale fuori, quindi puoi chiamare e occupartene sul posto. Gli altri membri dello staff di SG mi hanno accolto adeguatamente e mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio. Anche mio figlio maggiore, che ho portato qui 12 anni dopo, era interessato a usare questo insolito sapone. Resterò qui anche quest'anno. Piacere di conoscerti

Il personale era gentile e la stanza era pulita.Anche se la temperatura era calda fuori, è abbastanza fredda per resistere 3 ore di sollievo se si accende e sgattaiola il condizionatore d'aria per circa un'ora. È conveniente avere un piccolo centro commerciale vicino e una varietà di ristoranti al primo piano.

Il personale è cortese e utile, e anche una buona sicurezza da guardie attenti e polite. Le camere e le docce sono molto compatte, pulite e pulite. Beat la concorrenza da Red Planet e Go Hotel. Inoltre parcheggio gratuito e buon WiFi (anche se è sceso in una notte ci siamo rimasti lì).

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. My experience at ibis Styles Araneta was nothing short of delightful. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. And let's not forget the charming ambiance of the restaurant and cafe – the perfect spots to unwind and indulge in some culinary delights. Overall, ibis Styles Araneta provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making my stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return with our families!

Il prezzo è ragionevole ma niente di speciale! La camera assegnata ha vista spazzatura, dal lungofiume Pasay, chiedo la sostituzione ma il personale del front office non è disponibile. Ha detto che non c'è camera disponibile, ma dalle prenotazioni online vedo che ci sono poche camere disponibili. La camera non è insonorizzata, è possibile sentire l'altra stanza e lo sciacquone della toilette dalla stanza superiore. L'aria condizionata è fantastica, il letto è comodo. Kit di cortesia, solo set spazzolino da denti e sapone, nient'altro. Mini frigo disponibile, ma spento. La colazione è sempre lunga, ma non vale il prezzo e per mangiare nella categoria quattro stelle. Il cibo è pessimo rispetto ad altri quattro stelle nei dintorni. Alla carta era buona. Ho mangiato solo 1 volta a colazione, il resto dei giorni abbiamo fatto colazione in altri hotel. La vista lato piscina era bella e rilassante. Ottima vista sul lato Okada. L'addetto alla palestra non è attento. Ho chiamato l'agente, l'operatore e il front office intorno alle 18:30-19, almeno 5 squilli ciascuno, nessuna risposta. Suppongo di richiedere un letto supplementare, ma invece sono sceso e ho aspettato in fila alla reception. Ha un costo aggiuntivo, il che va bene. Grazie per il personale delle pulizie, risposta immediata dopo la mia chiamata tardiva alle 23:00 sul letto supplementare. Tornerò per il prossimo soggiorno? Forse non è l'opzione migliore.
