the best hotel in Manchester. My family and relatives enjoyed the whole couple day's in Manchester with fency gentle staying at this hotel. starting from the flower door welcome champagne and exclusive reception. the location is the most convenient city center. walk distance to all interest places and shopping mall. the decorations are pretty new and modern luxury style. rooms are clean big and warm as home.
Especially gratitude to Miss Kathyryn Chan who helps my teenage son with great efforts on the delivery coordination of football shoes. it deeply impressed the young generation as a good example of manner and conduct.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Manchester. main sights and shopping all within a short walking distance. Greeted with a glass of extremely good champagne on arrival and the service was excellent. Though it might be classed as expensive, the service and the location means that this hotel will be our first choice on our return to Manchester.

酒店隔壁就是阿黛爾購物中心和Selfridges, 非常方便購物。
鬧中取靜，酒店服務也非常好。房間比較大。
早餐味道一般，比較西式，訂房時候可以考慮不含早餐，有需要再購買，以免因不合胃口而浪費。
因為在中心地段，打車需要等待10-15分鐘。
整體比較滿意，下次來曼城還會住這兒。

非常非常貼心的酒店，從辦理入住開始，工作人員熱情詳細地介紹房間內物品和設施如何使用，真的有家的感覺！酒店位置優越，裝修精緻，香氛也令人放鬆舒適，曼城最值得入住的酒店！👍👍👍

酒店位置不錯，附近吃飯購物方便，離中國城也挺近。早餐還不錯，環境安靜，服務也很熱情。
