I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. It's a place where every detail is taken care of, leaving guests with a sense of luxury and relaxation. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Brooklyn was nothing short of perfect. It's a hotel that truly understands the needs of its guests and delivers on every front. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Manchester.

La camera era spaziosa, impecabilmente pulita e concessa con pensiero, offrendo tutte le comodità che potevo chiedere. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica – vicino a piccadilly e ha un fermo di tram vicino.

The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

L'hotel era in una posizione fantastica. La camera era di buona dimensione. buone strutture.

Judging from the other reviews it seams like this is a hotel of two halves. The nice half, and the not-so-nice half. Unfortunately I paid £120 to stay in the not-so-nice half for one night - the 'Studio Suite' (sounds nice doesn't it? - it's not so great). The room looked nothing like the pics in my opinion (see attached) which gives a luxury vibe. In reality, its a basic, budget room sitting on the 1st floor, so street noise and no aircon meant the windows were closed and the room was hot. To be fair, it was clean enough, and the hotel manager and receptionist did their best to help but, as the hotel was full, I couldn't move rooms. Given the price and the expectations from the pictures/ website I was really disappointed with the reality (See pics attached to this review).

Camera all'undicesimo piano con vista sulla moderna stazione ferroviaria Piccadilly (e collegamento diretto con l'aeoporto), ai cui lati si staglia un panorama quasi in stile ”Metropolis”, il film di Fritz Lang che un secolo fa immaginava scenari simili. Vecchi edifici alternati a modernita' e tecnologia. Tutto per dire che la sistemazione al Motel One di Manchester Piccadilly soddisfa adeguatamente le esigenze di chi deve muoversi per lavoro, ma al tempo stesso va bene anche a chi viene semplicemente per turismo. La zona della stazionea è assolutamente tranquilla, siamo vicini al famoso *** Village di Manchester e il centro si raggiunge in dieci minuti a piedi. Oppure volendo si possono usare i pullman gialli, gratuiti, che fanno periodicamente il giro della citta'. Tutto ok durante il soggiorno, reception efficiente, attenta e veloce, della ”vista” all'undicesimo piano ho gia' detto, ascensori rapidi, nessun appunto sulla pulizia della camera, insonorizzazione perfetta con ottima qualita' del sonno. Bagno un po' ristretto e con dotazioni ”minimal”, io ero solo e mi sono fatto andar bene tutto, fossimo stati in due avremmo avuto in generale qualche problema di spazio. Non c'è ristorante, posso solo dire della colazione, un po' sottotono rispetto agli standard britannici. Complessivamente un'ottima soluzione a prezzi decenti, intesi come ”corretti” nell'attuale panorama impazzito a causa dell'inflazione

La posizione dell’Hotel è ottima, a pochi passi dalla Metro e a 1km dal Centro. Non posso dire lo stesso per la pulizia della camera e per gli accessori. In 5gg il parquet della camera non è stata mai pulito, polvere impregnata e mi sono ritrovato per tutti e 5 gg una piccola carta caduta il primo giorno sempre li. Il portasapone in doccia era vuoto e rotto, l’altro riempito non sufficiente. Asciugamani sfilati e il letto solo accomodato, mai rifatto completamente e il pigiama arrotolato alla rinfusa e messo a caso sul letto. È vero che noi Italiano siamo abituati diversamente, ma per quanto speso, non posso essere soddisfatto

Ideal location, literally a couple of minutes walks from the train station. Sainsbury’s local across the street, the city’s shops, bars and restaurants a short walk. The hotel is stylish, quirky and unique. It has its own cafe (serves Starbucks weekdays only), bar, restaurant, spa, gym. However, for the value of the room, I would expect additional in-room facilities - fridge, a bottle of complimentary water. The room was a good size and decorated beautifully. My partner was exceptionally impressed that our room television had Sky Sports! Luxurious hand soap, shower gel and hair shampoo supplied. We used the hotel bar at various times throughout our stay - the bar staff work very hard, and serve quality cocktails which display their expertise, however we didn’t find all bar staff welcoming or warming when being served. Just a smile and warm greeting would make a difference, and what ideally expected in the hotel and hospitality industry. On the other hand, the times we visited the receptionist staff, service was how we expected - greeted warmly, friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotels location is its biggest positive selling feature, we do feel the hotel is overpriced for what it is compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Nevertheless, due to its location we would stay again.

Il bagno era grande, pulito, e il balcone con riscaldamento era un bel toccamento. Solo negativo è che ci sono stati accusati di bere una bottiglia d'acqua (chiamami a basso costo)
