Joseph il manager era grande! 5 stelle sicuramente. Ci siamo fermati per una missione di chiesa. Tutti avevano una grande esperienza. Queste persone si prendono cura di te e puoi dirlo. Sono andato ad altri hotel in Honduras e questa era di gran lunga una delle migliori esperienze. I lavoratori erano gentiluomini e non mi facevano sentire come se fossi un problema o un carico. Il cibo è grande e stile buffet così mangiate! Parcheggio è super sicuro e sicuri, si chiude dopo le 11 o così via. Le camere sono super pulite e letti sempre freschi. Resta qui non ti arrepierai.

Watching the hotel staff ensure the functioning of the Intercontinental San Pedro Sula’s rooms, spa, gym and three restaurants/bar, is exhausting. A lot of work goes into maintaining the various functions of this aging and comparatively large property. With that said, the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff were the highlight of my two-week stay here. Unfortunately, the same staff accolades cannot be given to the management/ownership of this property. Aloof and not customer service oriented, the management at this hotel (and owner) clearly fall short. For one, the decision to allow construction in and around the restaurant area during dinner time was a poor one. If the hotel had a theme song, it would surely be the sound of seemingly endless construction (this hotel does, indeed, feel like it is constantly being renovated). Each of my dinners (and lunches) were impacted by the noisy construction taking place at the most inopportune times possible. Additionally, I would encourage management to reconsider its strategy with the Executive/Club floor. I stayed on the Executive Floor, which, theoretically afforded certain benefits; many of which were inconsistently available - namely availability of the Club Lounge for breakfast and afternoon/evening snacks. The lounge was often not available for either - perhaps because of a lack of guests (?). In any case, this is an easy way to reduce the value of these room upgrades and I would strongly encourage anyone who chooses to stay here from opting for Executive level rooms. Rooms were standard and kept clean. The Intercontinental San Pedro Sula is probably one of the best options in town, but it could - and indeed should - be so much better.

I had a brief stay here while passing through San Pedro Sula and as a Gold Honors member with Hilton I was able to use the points I had saved up for a free night. The hotel proactively upgraded me to a slightly nicer room (I think?) which I appreciated. The hotel is indeed a bit dated, particularly in the rooms and more so the bathrooms. However, it was overall quite comfortable, clean and safe. The air conditioning was wonderful considering how hot and sticky the city. Employees especially Martin at the front door were quite friendly and helpful. The beds were up to the Hilton standard which are nice--not as good as InterContinental's beds but still very comfortable. The pool area is actually quite pretty and if I was staying there longer I would probably lounge around it--at least for a while before it gets too hot! While the prices are a bit elevated in my opinion and the hotel could use more remodeling or renovations I overall was pleased with my stay and would recommend it to others.

Ho passato solo 5 notti meravigliose in questa proprietà e sono stato sbattuto dal livello di servizio fornito a noi dal personale, dagli agenti del desk front, dai barista al servizio di casa e dalla squadra di gestione tutti erano eccezionali e ci hanno fatto sentire benvenuti. Kudos speciale a Malco Morris che ci trattava come una famiglia e si assicurava che ogni piccolo dettaglio fosse preso cura di mentre eravamo li.Menzione speciale anche a Helen il barista e Aristide che hanno anche contribuito a rendere la nostra permanenza una memoriale. L'hotel è molto nuovo, quindi tutto è in grande forma dai comodi letti alla zona della piscina che è un posto freddo per andare fuori nel pomeriggio e nel bar e lounge dove si può bere un bel drink mentre si giocano giochi di piscina o piscina con amici. Ancora una volta, questo è il miglior servizio che ho ricevuto finora in Honduras per quanto riguarda gli hotel.
