Great hardware and facility. Good food. Bad maintence. Water leak in bathroom. Always wet. Not resolved after 2 calls.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

No offence But not able to review Since could not reach hotel because of medical emergency Property could extend some grace..respecting the non refundable policy.. They could have given any other form of credit or option

Marriot executive apartments is located in turbe Navi Mumbai Is one of the best hotel and feels like home with all the daily usage required equipments..

Very good stay

酒店位於孟買郊外，周邊一片破爛，去市區需要一個小時，一路上看到的全是臟亂差，等同在垃圾堆裏穿行。酒店定價偏高，與酒店的位置不符。非常不推薦，這是一個大坑。

The rooms are nice - it is worth upgrading to the slightly larger room with a balcony and kitchenette. Restaurant on the roof provides incredible views, and the buffet/menu offers cuisine from EVERYWHERE. Above all, the hospitality is worth choosing this location. The customer service of Mahami and Sagar far exceeded my expectations after a series of unfortunate events in transportation and a long 30+ hr trip.

Excellent stay at Marriott executive apartment we had been coming every month in Mumbai and staying at same property for excellent and quick service Restaurant service is very good Quick service by Mayur , manali , nikhil , sujay , Anjali and all other staff

After a very longtime I had celebrated my bday with my siblings and it was truly amazing. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with best amenities. The breakfast has a perfect blend of local food and international cuisine to cater to all nationalities. The view at the infinity pool was beautiful and made us stay by the pool all afternoon. Thank you Sumit and Krishna for the amazing stay and making a birthday special. Special thanks for the bday decor done in my room.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and support that my family and I have received during our recent stays at Marriott Executive Apartments, Navi Mumbai. i was there with my family for my birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every interaction with the hotel staff left a lasting impression. Firstly, I would like to commend the front desk staff for their warm welcome and seamless check-in process. They are incredibly attentive and their professionalism and cheerful demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. Front Office Manager Mr. Swaroop Patnaik was amazing. Our room has been impeccably clean and beautifully prepared, showcasing the meticulous attention to detail of your housekeeping team. It was evident that the team took great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, which significantly enhanced our experience. We were also incredibly impressed with the dining services at Hill View Café. The restaurant staff and chefs were very welcoming. Executive Chef Patil went above and beyond to accommodate my mother's dietary preferences. The entire team’s commitment to providing outstanding service has made our stays truly memorable. A special mention to General Manager Mr. Saurabh Choudhary who exudes warmth, efficiency, personal accountability, and emotional ownership. Also want to recognize and applaud Security Manager Mr. Vithal and his team for giving a safe and secure feeling throughout the stay. Thanks

Narendra Kumar GSA did a wonderful job in maintenance of the facilites. Cleanliness was one of the best I have seen. Great views and highly recommended property. Very easy check-in and location with Amazing views. Pricing was also good and breakfast is complimentary

The hotel is very good but the service needs to be improved. Out of 5 days of stay during two consecutive months, the dinner plates clearance from the room was not done despite several calls. They were taken away the next morning by the room cleaning guys. The housekeeping daily room service was good in 24th floor but I had to remind the boys to get it cleaned and also several calls to be made to housekeeping department to replenish the daily complimentary water as well on 13 th floor. The chimney was not working in 1301. Another coning by Marriott was that the reservation promises (as shown during booking and as also mentioned in the invoice ) that the deal was to get 3000 bonvoy points per night however after several emails to customer service they have not credited them. Bonvoy team had to be reminded for credit of earned points as it was not done automatically. 3000 points per night I have forgotten now as there is no time with me to remind them anymore. Food quality is good and breakfast spread is also good.
