This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.

As this is a chain hotel so expectation of the standard amenities and cleanliness is achieved.

Its just the room is very hot that we cannot sleep properly 😃

Room was small and not 10/10 clean. But the service and staff were amazing. There is a shopping mall just 1 minute away (forum) Great location.

In general I like it, closed to city center

The services are great, we check in late night but the receptionist greet us with full smile. Check in process is also very smooth

Konumu çok iyi , AVM nin hemen yanında ve havaalanı Ulaşımı çok rahat Havaş durağı hemen otelin önünde yürüyerek bir çok merkezi konuma ulaşmak mümkün

Современный 10-этажный отель в удобном месте. Перед отелем остановки трамвая и автобусов, за углом - большой торговый центр. До замка 10 минут пешком. Из окна прекрасный вид на город. Окно открывается только на 10 сантиметров из-за безопасности. Есть холодильник, тапочки. Кондиционер центральный. Уборка каждый день Минусы: из коридора слышно шум. Персонал не очень хорошо знает английский.
