Location is very good, within 5 mins walk to Jonker Street. It is also about 15 mins walk to A Formasa, St Paul's Church at hill top etc. There are many good restaurants especially nonya food. Overall, we have a wonderful stay. The hotel served great breakfast!

I enjoyed the experience, but to be honest, this place is not for me or solo travelers. I found it very expensive for what it was! Very comfy bed, amazing breakfast, but i personally not a big breakfast person.

就在馬六甲河邊，絕對景區中心，老房子，貓頭鷹推薦過，適合打卡，老物件，老傢俱，但是也不驚艷，僅僅是堆砌。但是非常不適合旅遊居住，極上樓要拖鞋，走路不舒服，極其不方便，完全不舒適沒窗户，臨街，非常吵鬧，不到11:30無法入睡，木頭樓板，完全沒有隔音，走路，底板咚咚響，房間裏傢俱基本無法用，都是擺設，也有磕碰危險，而且晃動……樓梯很窄，也陡峭，比較危險，我家三人，百年老床是歪的……睡上去很難受，而且空調吹不進來，熱，人走了，空調就關了，又沒窗户（其實有，臨街鎖死沒法打開了），空氣不好，床品床鋪被褥質量就是小旅館，所有開關電器都是老開關，難用，電源位置衹有兩個，而且都在無法方便使用位置，……總之，非常不實用的房間，適合**，不適合人類居住，失敗的體驗，嚴重對不起價格，建議還是馬六甲旅遊找個現代化的舒適酒店，因為城市本是極小，不存在交通不方便問題，給後來人參考下，吸取我的教訓，尤其是不適合家庭帶孩子住！切記！

很有當地特色的酒店，公共空間和房間放滿了古老的傢俱和擺設。都不用去娘惹博物館看了哈哈。衹是因為是老房子，所以使用起來得多加留意，帶着大行李會有點不方便，因為不好在地上拖。 位置一流，就在景點正中心邊上一角鬧鐘取靜，去哪都方便，中途還可以回來休息一下。 早餐也很有當地特色，而且好吃。餐廳不對外營業，衹給顧客用早餐，否則我覺得應該能上點評必吃榜。

很有特別的一間娘惹酒店, 裏面有很多古色古香傢俬陳列, 環境乾淨, 保安嚴謹, 很有安全感！ 酒店主人熱情接待, .員工有禮, 還有這裏的早餐很值得一嘗, 全是娘惹特式食物, 我們很開心選了這酒店入住！

地理位置優越，酒店擁有最好的服務，古老的傳統建築得以保留併發揚非常不錯，早餐時老闆娘親自解説酒店的來歷，買了馬六甲的土特產因為不方便攜帶所以店裡的小哥哥還幫忙快遞了，非常貼心的服務，過年一定會再來的。

This was our first stop in Malaysia direct from KL airport. It is a magical place and not like anywhere we have stayed before. It oozes charm and is beautifully decorated. It tells a story of peranakan culture. Camilla was so lovely and they prepared an amazing breakfast for us all.

Better experience than a lot of 5 star hotels. If you like antiques, heritage, old designs, comfortable surroundings, clean rooms, peaceful atmospheres, traditional foods, helpful and friendly staffs then you shouldn't miss 5 Heeren. Don't make yourself regret and if you don't believe me, feel free to try it out yourself!

A wonderful experience. The staff are amazing and the owner is beautiful and interesting. Rich in history and customs and a unique place to stay without sacrificing comfort. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the major attractions of Melaka

Clean and neat Nyonya style house. Location is great, right smack in the Jonker Street area, but not noisy at all. Host was great, taking the trouble to source for traditional local breakfast for the guests, which was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at the hotel.

Stunning renovation of the original building with lots of old objects to explore , but still a comfortable place to stay, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Friendly , but non-obtrusive staff and a local nonya breakfast
