Ottima posizione rispetto all'Haram, adatto alle famiglie, pulizia apprezzata, tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.

L'hotel è eccellente. Sebbene la posizione sia un po' un difetto a causa della distanza dall'Haram, possiamo comunque arrivarci facilmente a piedi. Tuttavia, consiglio di usare l'autobus per il ritorno in hotel. L'hotel offre un comodo servizio navetta 24 ore su 24. La nostra camera è fantastica: abbiamo un letto king-size e un'area spaziosa e pulitissima, con tutti i comfort necessari. Tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui.

Had a bad experience at the Batoul Ajyad Hotel. The room and bathroom were unclean, with stained bedsheets. Throughout our two-night stay, housekeeping never provided any service. they didn't take out the trash, provide toilet paper, or change towels. It was one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. NOT RECOMMANDED

The staff is great, the service is excellent and for the price, the facilities, amenities, ambiance and cleanliness are all quite satisfactory. I had one problem with the toilet, but since my stay was short and again the price was quite reasonable , I didn’t complain. Location is ok haram wise but not great; their shuttle service may help, but I didn’t try.

This hotel is very conveneint for to/from Haram transportation. Their help and welcome at receiption was unmatchable. The food is excellent and cost effective.

The desk manager informed me during the call that room service and amenities are only provided on the first day. However, I did not receive the room I booked. I had reserved a king bed room, but they provided a triple single bed room and connected all the beds together, although they still had separate bedsheets and blankets. It took them a long time to find my booking. The room was very noisy due to the lack of soundproofing in the windows, even though I stayed on the 12th floor. As a result, every car horn and bus horn could potentially disrupt my sleep. On the bright side, they offer a free bus to the Haram bus station, although the wait time can be quite long at times. Nonetheless, it's good to have.

Alhamdulillah..Check-in smooth..Rooms and toilet in perfect condition. Have 4 lifts. Shuttle bus provided to Haram..every 10 mins.. My family had a pleasant stay at this hotel..

Location is absolutely perfect with free parking and free shuttle to Haram 24 hours with this price you can’t find anything similar

It’s overall good Stay. But there must be a person at reception who should speak or understand English well.
