Hotel in zona Buendia Freedom Park, Makati

Possiamo andare prima. Tuttavia, la prima stanza che abbiamo avuto era un aircondition, quindi abbiamo chiesto un trasferimento. Il trasferimento è stato fatto immediatamente. Il personale era molto attiva e accogliente. Abbiamo anche chiesto di cucinare i tacchi e i panini e ci hanno dato subito.Il servizio qui è davvero buono nonostante le vecchie strutture, soprattutto il bagno. Il bagno aveva odore di drenaggio, ma poteva essere mascherato dal frigorifero d'aria che ci hanno dato. Hehe

5 stelle!!! Il personale è amichevole e molto accogliente. Buffet per colazione è buono, ci è piaciuto! Mi hanno anche dato un aggiornamento gratuito perché abbiamo bisogno di 1 letto regina invece di avere 2 letti singoli. Una piscina cristallina chiara, il jacuzzi è così bello!! Il personale del Front Desk che mi ha aiutato a controllare l'ingresso e la guardia kuya sa piscina sono così gentile, ho dimenticato il suo nome ma siamo andati alla piscina circa 8:00.

La stanza che avevamo era così pulita e il buffet di colazione era molto bello. Ho inviato la mia richiesta speciale per una stanza con vista e ci hanno dato una stanza con vista grande! Il servizio era molto bello, il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente. Mio marito e io ci siamo divertiti molto, l'unico posto in basso era il parcheggio, e' stato confuso perché non c'erano segni che ci possano portare alla uscita. Le strutture come gli ascensori erano anche un po' vecchie e quando abbiamo cercato di andare al nostro piano (30° FLR), dal FLR superiore, non ci permetteva di andare lì così quando abbiamo capito cosa sta succedendo, Non è un grande, ma vorrei vedere più segnali in futuro per evitare questo incidente. In generale, ci ritroveremo. :)

Personale amichevole e zona tranquilla.La camera a disposizione ha un letto confortevole e anche una doccia calda e fredda, buono per il relax. Grazie for il servizio 💖💖

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. è stata la mia seconda volta a provare l'hotel Hop Inn ma questa volta a Makati Ave. Era pulito e il personale è professionale, amichevole e attento. La posizione è vicina a Poblacion, un'area conosciuta per essere impiccato e raffreddato con tutti i bar e i club nelle vicinanze. È stato un hotel di base con solo acqua, asciugamani, carta da bagno, capelli e lavatrice corpo fornita così portare i vostri bagni. Come con altri hotel di luppolo, hanno una TV di dimensioni decente, nessun frigo o caldaia elettrica. L'unica ragione che ho dato a quattro stelle è che hanno bisogno di cambiare le mutandine, i coperchi di maniche e gli asciugamani, come potete dire, è stato usato bene. Sono già serviti per il loro scopo, quindi penso che il suo tizio debba cambiarle a nuove.

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

La posizione dell'hotel è in un quartiere residenziale.Un po'caos.Sembra un nuovo hotel, molto bello.La spazzatura è solo fredda.Inizialmente, era la stanza condivisa di quattro persone, ma pagava il costo di quattro persone, siamo molto comodi, perché possiamo usarla come una stanza privata. Sono venuto a moto, ma il parcheggio è gratuito.
