Sono stato in questo hotel per approfittare di qualche giorno di Relax e visitare la splendida Madrid. Ho viaggiato con un mio collega ed entrambi abbiamo avuto la stessa sensazione positiva. Accoglienza perfetta, dalla reception alla conciergerie, l’attenzione al cliente e la cura del dettaglio non è mai mancata. L’impressione che ho avuto è che sia la classicità del Ritz con un pizzico di modernità. Due elementi, che insieme, si mescolano perfettamente e danno vita a qualcosa di incredibilmente magico. Camera molto spaziosa, con una vasca molto grande che ci ha permesso di approfittare al meglio di questo viaggio nella capitale spagnola. Colazione deliziosa a buffet è probabilmente la più bella sorpresa: Vasta gamma di prodotti freschi, dolce o salato che sia, la parola d’ordine è qualità. Abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di approfittare al meglio di piscina e Hammam. Al bar i cocktail sono ottimi, i barman sono gentilissimi e sono pronti a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Jaime per la sua gentilissima disponibilità nel soddisfare le mie richieste riguardante il mio viaggio. In assoluto una delle più belle esperienze della mia vita e che porterò sempre nel mio cuore. Un grazie speciale a tutti i ragazzi che hanno reso indimenticabile questi momenti a Madrid. Tornerò ancora. Muchias gracias!

Hotel carino, incredibilmente centralizzato, e così potevamo camminare per tutte le cose che dovevamo vedere e fare. Colazione eccellente con una buona scelta di cibo caldo e freddo. Personale in generale molto gentile e gentile. La nostra denuncia era che la TV nella camera da letto avevamo, continuava a perdere o a congelare la foto sul canale di notizie della BBC, e un piccolo icone che apparve dalla LG, che dopo un po' di aspettativa ha ripristinato lo schermo. Ci lamentammo di questo il primo mattino che eravamo qui, e la ricezione l'ha notato e un ingegnere andrebbe a parteciparvi. Non è stato fatto e per tutto il soggiorno siamo stati purtroppo frustrati dalla televisione, che non ci ha mai servito. Ho letto altre storie simili su Tripadvisor sulla stessa denuncia, e così chiaramente l'hotel è consapevole del problema, ma sembra aver scelto di non fare nulla su di esso. E' una vergogna, perche' qualcosa di così facile, e si aspetta che faccia una grande differenza per il piacere della stanza, ma, a parte questo, non abbiamo veramente nessuna denuncia, e sicuramente rimarremmo ancora.

Service, Accommodation & Location are perfect. Sleep quality was good, but you must remember to close all three sound barriers; outside screen, window and inside screen, otherwise you will/could be disturbed from late night noises from the square outside. Bed, Linens, AC, breakfast, etc. all very, very good. English TV choices were minimal, but heck, why are you in your room for anything but sleeping and showering ? The ONE issue; I was in a room that had TERRIBLE wifi service. This was absolutley the result of the room location and solid objectives between me and the wifi access point. Once I went in to the corridor and/or public areas, the wifi was perfect. They do need to install a extender/repeater for room 406 and may be others that suffer from being at the end of the wife range. I booked through Amex and receieved a $100 credit at the hotel which was perfect for breakfast and bar charges.

Ottimo personale - tutti erano così amichevoli e utili. Siamo arrivati molto presto dal volo internazionale e ci hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo. Grande posizione per camminare verso musei e grandi ristoranti. Il bar e la piscina erano molto bello - di nuovo, servizio super amichevole. Bella bella bottiglia d'acqua e cioccolato portato nella stanza la sera. Ho bisogno di scarpe brillanti e hanno fatto per me. Bella lavoro d'arte in tutto l'hotel. Non ho pagato per le bevande in mini frigo- bella tocca. Ho menzionato quanto amichevole è tutti?

I went there with a friend because NH group is well know and it was just a few minutes away from the train station. It is really well located and close to some tourist attractions, so we had no problem walking from one place to another. In the hall you can find some candies and a water dispenser! Also, staff were nice to us and everything was clean (as expected). We loved our room with balcony! Sadly, I only took pics of the balcony..

Grande posizione. Camminando a molti caffè e ristoranti. Ci sorprendevamo di sapere che l'hotel esterno era in fase di rinnovamento. Abbiamo controllato nella nostra stanza alle 4:00 e abbiamo sentito battere e picchiare sulla parete. Grazie a Dio abbiamo solo usato la stanza per dormire la notte. La maggior parte del giorno è stato speso per esplorare la città. Sarebbe informativo se l'hotel informasse gli ospiti della ristrutturazione, ma è tutto a posto per noi perché siamo usciti.

L'hotel si trova proprio al centro della Granvia. A metà tra le fermate metro Callao e Granvia. Posizione ottima perché in pochi minuti a piedi di raggiunge Porta del sol, plaza Mayor, plaza di Spagna.... L'hotel è pulitissimo. La colazione ottima con possibilità di farla anche in terrazza. All'ultimo piano si trova una terrazza con il locale Terranier cioè una terrazza all'aperto per prendersi un cocktail la sera. Meravigliosa. L'unico appunto semmai è il fatto che essendo un hotel di 4 categoria superiore mancano alcuni accessori in camera come la cuffia Capelli, ciabattine, ecc. Però io lo vedo come un aspetto di poco conto.

Perfect hotel on Gran Via!! Located in the heart of the city center. Close to the palace, metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc. Very friendly front officers. All of them make you feel welcome. Rooftop bar is a great place to drop by. Good quality of food, drinks and service. The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable despite being a rooftop bar. Staffs are super friendly and professional. The room is nicely decorated. Big comfortable beds, in-room amenities are generously provided. Breakfast is just superb. Great variety of food, drinks, and local delicacies. Would return here again for the next visit to Madrid.

La posizione dell'hotel era buona, vicino alla stazione di Atocha. C'era un McDonald's e una stazione arte vicino all'hotel, quindi la sicurezza era buona e il trasporto era conveniente. Tuttavia, la dimensione della stanza era molto piccola e non molto pulita rispetto a quella che ho visto nella foto. C'era un balcone, ma a differenza delle altre stanze era un balcone circondato da muri, quindi non potevo usarlo perché non potevo vedere il paesaggio. Inoltre, le pantofole da interno non erano preparate, quindi ho dovuto richiederle separatamente alla scrivania. La prossima volta che visiterò Madrid, penso che userò un altro alloggio.

Hotel ben posizionato a due passi dal Reina Sofia, vicino al Thyssen e al Prado (parliamo di 5 minuti a piedi) oltre che alla stazione metro Atocha. Con una bella passeggiata si raggiungono facilmente anche Plaza Mayor, il quartiere Sol e il palazzo Reale. Pur essendoci lavori di ristrutturazione in corso, per cui la hall è spostata nel bar, non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori o pulizia. Le camere sono accoglienti con un ottimo bagno. Buonissima colazione servita in una sala panoramica all’ultimo piano. A sera tardi, fino al primo mattino, nei dintorni dell’hotel ci sono persone chiassose che bivaccano. Forse per le camere posizionate nei piani più bassi può essere fastidioso. Comunque promosso.

Just be aware that the pic of the bigger room shows a bathtub but there is only a shower. But this did not ruin my stay at all. In fact the hotel and staff were quite accommodating and pleasant. Overall, would recommend the hotel.

家族旅行の前泊で利用しました。価格から考えるとこんなもんでしょう。ただ、室内のトイレはカーテンのみの仕切りで家族だとしても抵抗がある。朝食付きで内容は悪くないけどスタッフの態度が悪い。ホテル側の人数間違えを宿泊客に確認させ、更に自身の間違えに気付くも謝罪も無い。あの女性スタッフは利用客全員から嫌われるだろうな。

Per il mio soggiorno a Madrid ho scelto questo Hotel e mai scelta è stata più felice. Vicino alla stazione de Atocha, vicino al museo Renia Sofia, vicino al Paseo del Prado e dunque comodissimo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la passeggiata verso il centro storico si è dimostrata piacevole e non stancante. La mia stanza era al quarto piano, nel silenzioso lato interno. Camera essential come piace a me ma con tutti i confort. Ottima connessione wi fi, qualità del sonno perfetta - e per me questo è importante - pulizie giornaliere e acqua, caffè, cappuccino, free ad ogni ora del giorno, in un carino spazio adiacente alla reception. Tutto lo staff è cordiale e gentile nel soddisfare le richieste. L'Hotel è presente anche nella guida cartacea su Madrid della Feltrinelli. Grazie!

This review is for 60 balconies iconic. So, a surprise for me, after reserving on booking.com, is that this is an apart hotel. Positives - the location is AMAZING and the room (we had an appt for 3 people) was EXCELLENT . Staff were very helpful. Very clean throughout. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. A gorgeous breakfast was delivered every morning. Bread, fruit, yogurts, cereals… Negatives - pool (which had workmen upgrading the roof terrace) was freezing. Naturally, not heated, but attached to hose from mains water. Icy. Personally, not a fan of the frosted glass doors/walls to the toilet. We had a large teenager sleeping on the pull down single bed. Was a bit small. Positives far outweigh the negatives. As long as you don’t have your heart set on swimming, you will not regret staying here.

E'vicino alla stazione di Atocha, e ci sono molti ristoranti intorno.La stanza è grande e pulita. Sono arrivato all'hotel alle nove del mattino, il ricevitore è appena andato al lavoro e ha messo il bagaglio. Il ricevitore non riusciva a tornare prima che tornassi, quindi ha inviato un'e-mail, come come sbloccare e lasciare il bagaglio nella stanza.Rispondere in inglese, molto gentile. C'è un pasticcino e un distributore automatico d'acqua accanto al receptionist. È molto conveniente tornare all'hotel.
