Fine.

Il soggiorno in hotel è stato soddisfacente. L'area della lobby ha registrato un elevato volume di ospiti a causa del fine settimana.

È un ottimo hotel con una grande camera di 70 mq, comodo e interconnesso al Londoner e al Parisian Hotel tramite il ponte di collegamento. Puoi trascorrere 2 giorni per fare shopping, mangiare e divertirti all'interno dei 3 hotel! Si ospiterà di nuovo qui quando visiterà Macao?

Camera incredibile. Molto comodo ed elegante. Ti senti da qualche parte in tempi reali. La vasca da bagno avrebbe potuto essere più grande, però. Vista e servizio notevoli. La finta placcatura in oro sta svanendo sul soffione e sulle maniglie in alcuni punti. Tuttavia, se non presti attenzione a questi piccoli dettagli, è perfetto. Ci tornerei.

It was a beautiful hotel and was so excited with the reception welcome and must mention check in Frank at the receptionhelped us was so nice to us and he even gave us a free upgrade of our room which was so kind ,although breakfast should be given an option between the buffet and set menu as it is limited.The hotel is worth the money spent.The hotel in room dinning was awesome 👌

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. ****** is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

Great service! Went above and beyond to serve the client. Had a great birthday celebration at the hotel and offer an excellent birthday surprise to the guest.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities - staff were quick to help whenever we called and check in process was smooth and fast Cleanliness was fantastic

Great hotel in a great location. Next to Parisian and Londoner. Room.cleaning was not great each day though which was disappointing. Free shuttles for Macau ferry terminal, border gate at Zhuhai.and airport is great. Definitely would stay again.

Entering the Venetian always makes me smile with the scenery. It’s a great photo opp. The customer service was really great with it being so busy. Check-in was very smooth. I always feel safe when I stay by myself & the room was very spacious & comfortable. My favorite hotel to stay in & I can walk to other locations.

As always, absolutely stunning, large rooms. Great customer service. We were checked in early and also given an upgrade to a twin room . We ordered in-room breakfast and they set up the table beautifully. The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious.

Good location but busy and high traffic. Will consider staying here again.

The noise from the upper room was loud especially someone dragged the heavy chair in the bathroom at night heard just like right next to you. And also hotel is very noisy when it closes. 😳 The western breakfast at Imperial had a Chinese flavor. It didn't seem like it was worth the money. The coffee in the room was totally a disaster. It was unpleasant to drink instant coffee in a 5 star hotel. There isn't any discounts or smthg for hotel guests in children's playground at Venetian street. The pool was very nice with warm water. Front desks and staffs were kindly and professional. I would never stay Venetian again. :(
