"The resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests"
