This hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. Newly opened and cute design. The room is spacious with good quality mattress, great water pressure and beautiful decors. Everything in the room works well except for the bathroom design which needs immediate improvement. You cannot take a shower without making the whole floor wet (my room is superior type). I put a towel to block the water but this cannot be a permanent solution. Secondly, the bathroom wall is made of glass which looks modern but you cannot use the toilet without waking the other person in the middle of the night. Many people complains about the size of the swimming pool and common facilities but I know from the start it's a very small hotel so...The bar and bar rooftop area is a great place to hang with view of the sea. Breakfast is good compared to the price you pay. However, the reason I give it 3 stars only is the service, or lack of, at the restaurant during dinner time which is the worst I've ever experienced. There's like one lady minding the whole place and of course she never had time to come by to take our orders, check what we need or collect our plates or even get us the bill. My husband had to get up from the table 4-5 times during one dinner to go ask her for any kind of service. No need to say how slow the food was served. The wait and all wouldn't be so bad if there were some sorts of communications or apologies but I feel they just simply didn't care. That being said all the staff are very friendly. The 24 hours stay is a good concept but we were not informed during check in we needed to make a request in advance for check out time later than noon. Locationwise, there's nothing much in walking distance only 1-2 local food joints and one temple. Convinient stores are about 900 meters away on the main road. There's no beach.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno super decente all'hotel. Pensavo che sarebbe stato meglio avere più ristoranti e spa, la qualità dei cibi era secondaria a nessuno. Abbiamo avuto buffet per colazione e cena al ristorante, il colazione aveva molte scelte e la qualità era grande. Per il pranzo, i piatti italiani erano eccellenti e fuori dalle nostre aspettative. Molto consiglia di provarlo. Mi piacerebbe e devo tornare per un soggiorno più lungo. La loro camera davanti alla spiaggia era troppo buona per essere vera.

Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am è l'hotel che incontra le vacanze più confortevoli. Chiedi a cosa piace? 🍹 Bevi una bevanda benvenuta, il tipo di camera più delizioso e fresco 🏡 è una camera regolare, una bella vista sul mare e una piscina molto ampia. Ci sono frutti e torte benvenute. Il balcone è grande con divano e sedie per sedersi nel vento del mare. Ottimo 🏊 Piscina, piatto di marmo Piscina, bella e ampia. Si può dire che ci vuole mezzo giorno per nuotare in modo freddo. 🍛🥪🥘 cibo e colazione rispondere, il gusto è molto buono, ci sono molti da scegliere. Tutto è delizioso, io ristorante del mare è il più adatto per cena, buona atmosfera, eccellente cibo. Ogni volta che viene, deve chiedere di sedersi su una tavola regolare. Segretamente, c'è un passo celeste che cammina fino a vedere 360 gradi vista sul mare 🏖️ sole del mare, la spiaggia sabbia bianca soft, può camminare e correre comodamente, ci sono cavalli da cavalcare, molto soddisfacente 🚗 buon parcheggio auto, può ospitare molto. È buono nell'ombra 🧑‍💼🧑‍🍳 servizio di squadra, tutto il personale dalla reception, cuoco, personale del ristorante, ragazze sono bellissimi tutti Amici, servizio completo, qualunque cosa si chieda. assegnato senza essere bloccato in tutto 😍🙏👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grazie, il manager, Khun Pu è sempre carino, prendendo cura di tutta la gita. Senza una mancanza Fate ogni soggiorno sentire molto impressionato. Compreso il sentimento che restare qui è un rilassante ottenere una batteria carica da solo E il meglio E ogni volta, se manchi il mare, si pensa sicuramente a Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am.

Il nostro soggiorno recente a Sheraton Resort e Spa Huahin è stato assolutamente eccezionale. Abbiamo fatto il check-in il 24 luglio e abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e quattro giorni. L'intera esperienza è stata liscia e sorprendente, come è sempre quando visitamo. Il servizio eccellente che abbiamo ricevuto ci ha assicurato di fare questo un viaggio annuale di sorella, e ogni dipartimento, dai ragazzi del campanile che hanno raccolto i nostri sacchetti al personale del front desk che ha facilitato l'ingresso e l'uscita, è stato incredibilmente utile. In particolare, K. Orijin ha dimostrato grande gentilezza e un'idea orientata al servizio. Durante il nostro soggiorno, solo un ristorante, Luna Lanai, era aperto il giorno della settimana. Tuttavia, tutti e tre i nostri pasti - colazione, pranzo e cena - erano divertiti, e la squadra di cibo e bevande non ha mai avuto l'impressione. Erano incredibilemente accoglienti, anche fino a chiedere al cuoco di preparare pasti non sul menu sulla base delle nostre preferenze. Vorremmo esprimere la nostra gratitudine all'intero team di F&B per averci curato così bene e per averci fatto sentire come la royalty. E' per la loro dedizione e il loro servizio eccezionale che abbiamo deciso di rendere questa tradizione annuale, spendendo il viaggio delle nostre sorelle in questo bellissimo hotel. Un ringraziamento speciale per il capo A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, e la squadra SV, composto da Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon e Bam. Ognuno di loro ha svolto un ruolo significativo nel rendere il nostro pasto eccellente. Il nostro soggiorno fu reso ancora più memorabile, mentre potevamo celebrare il compleanno e l'anniversario di mia sorella contemporaneamente. Everything about Aviyana is perfect! It is a stunning property with everything we needed. We felt right at home with the modern, beautiful rooms along with the great service. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this luxurious hotel for your next visit to Huahin! We can’t wait to be back!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

I don't know where to start. This hotel is just beautiful, fabulous views . We stayed in the villa with a partial seaview and the room did not disappoint. Amazing clean pool and grounds. The room itself was spacious and spotless, very comfortable beds excellent bedlinen, every detail was thought of . The staff could not do enough for us , my friend has sight problems and they were so very respectful and helpful towards her, nothing was too much trouble . You were greeted with a smile from everyone. Service and food in the restaurant was fabulous and there was plenty of options in the morning for breakfast. The lady that owns he hotel came and spoke to us on a few occasions and she was a joy to talk to , she cares so much about the hotel and her staff. To say we were sad to leave this place was an understatement, cannot wait to go back.

We were the last guests to leave in April 2020 so we were looking forward to returning to what is our favourite hotel. We only stayed 2w 4d as we were concerned about how much of the village would be open, in fact there were enough restaurants and bars to keep us happy even if we had stayed our normal 4 weeks. The hotel is still offering a reduced service, when we arrived the reception was unmanned and we went to the Regent Hotel for breakfast however by the time we left there was normally someone in reception and a restaurant had started serving breakfast. I expect that the hotel will have returned to normal by the next high season. Our Chalet was immaculate and work was being carried out on some of the others to rectify 3 years of neglect (the work didn't intrude). No big bad issues, just some areas are a bit sad however I have no doubt that it will be back to normal by November which is when we plan to return for a longer stay. Summary - Coming back to life and even in its current state very nice and OK to stay at.
