Hotel con balcone a Distretto di Cha-am

This is the second time we have been to this resort and both times we have been met by friendly staff. The resort is clean and well maintained. The restaurant closes early, but there are places to eat within easy walking distance. The beach is nice and youvare able to walk a fair distance in each direction.

Le camere sono belle con vista sul mare, il servizio è grande. La colazione è molto meglio, è un la cart buffet, fatto per ordinare, una piccola porzione per ogni menu, così si può provare con diversi menu.

Adoro questo hotel. È la spiaggia che è perfetta se si vuole un posto tranquillo di cammino. Non lo consiglierei se si fa un viaggio d'affari o vuole fare cose turistiche perché è lontano da tutto. La struttura è bella e ben mantenuta e il cibo dal ristorante è delizioso. Il personale di pulizia era amichevole e la receptionista era ok. La camera era pulita e spaziosa con un bel balcone grande e una splendida vista

Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. La stanza era spaziosa e molto adatta per un soggiorno familiare, soprattutto con i bambini, perché c'era spazio sufficiente per i bambini per giocare confortevolmente. La struttura era ben progettata, con due bagni che servivano sia l’area di soggiorno che la camera da letto, che era molto conveniente, e la camera comprendeva anche un bagno, e le zone di doccia e toilette erano separate in zone secche e umide, rendendola molto pratica. La zona di vestito era anche impressionantemente spaziale. In generale, la pulizia era quasi buona, anche se ci sono poche aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. Il piano si sentiva un po’ aperta e ci sono alcune tracce di sabbia, che potrebbero essere comprensibili in considerazione della posizione sul mare dell’hotel. Ciò detto, un po' più attento ai dettagli della custodia di casa renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

The resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests

It is a design hotel with confortable spacious rooms. The walking distance from the lobby, breakfast room to the pool is long and over many stairs. The breakfast is average for a 5 star hotel. I was not impressed by the food served at the pool bar. The free hotel 11 seater shuttle van to Hua Hin night market was on both days fully booked. Grab taxis are reluctant to accept. The taxi fare ranges from 160 THB to over 300 THB based on availability. At times waited over 30 minutes for a taxi to accept the journey.

Molto adatta alle famiglie con bambini. Molte attività per bambini e genitori giocano insieme. Il Kid Club è pulito e sicuro.Colazione molto interessante con dolci thailandesi.

Questo è il nostro posto preferito per andare con i nostri figli a Hua Hin, abbiamo sempre avuto una buona esperienza, indipendentemente dalla stanza che prenotiamo. Il personale è ben addestrato per tenere conto delle vostre esigenze e sono motivati e amichevoli. I bambini amano sempre giocare sulle isole inflattubili, anche se per alcuni anni sono meglio mantenuti che altri. Indipendentemente dai bambini la grande fonte d'acqua/bulla è sempre popolare e non troppo caldo in pomeriggio, come è in ombra di alberi e costruzioni. I prezzi dei cibi sono un po 'alti all'interno dell'hotel. Il colazione è molto bello e offre una grande varietà per tutti. Tuttavia, con due bambini che non mangiano troppo non è più qualcosa che sceliamo nelle nostre visite successive e invece cercare le opzioni per la colazione fuori. La posizione è un po' lontana dal sentiero, quindi è meglio avere il vostro trasporto se non vuoi essere bloccato solo con le opzioni dell'hotel.

The Regent Cha-am We booked a Deluxe room including breakfast. We were not expecting much as the price was really good but, what a fabulous surprise when we found it was a suite with a lovely welcoming plate of fruit and cookies! I began to wonder if theyd mixed us up with some - march 2026 honeymooners somewhere!!!! I wasn't expecting how big the place was with 2 huge balconies each big enough for sunbeds and a table!! It's own kitchen, lounge, king sized bed and ensuite and office. -The pool is a beautiful, sparkling clean, heart-shaped affair with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas as shade is definitely required! The pool along one side must be about 30m+ so it was great for lap swimming as well as chilling out!!! -Beautifully landscaped and next to the sea, the only drawback is that the beach is almost non existent most of the time and while we were there the red flag was up as the sea was quite rough with the wind. The pool more than made up for it. -Breakfast is buffet style like many of these resort places with cereal, pastries, fruit, cooked asian foods and western style ham, crispy bacon, eggs cooked to order, toast and jam. My only criticism is the hot foods, not cooked to order, were luke warm. Don't bother with tea, it's weak and tasteless but the coffee machine does a good variety and there's hot milk to top up with. -The bar in the lobby does happy hour 2 for 1 early evening. -The hotel is around 25km from hua hin centre but a 5 min walk just outside the hotel is a road ”village” where there are a choice of local Thai restaurants, bars, tailors, massage/mani/pedicure places plus a useful 7-11 for essentials. All the restaurants we tried were excellent. They may look empty but will cook to order at all times and the prices are really cheap. The bed was really comfy and the room was serviced daily with clean towels and the usual stuff. -Pool towels were available by the pool and changed as often as you please. -All The staff were friendly and welcoming and most spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet, laid back holiday at this time of year. We might have to return next year!!!!
