"Good value for the price and very close to the beach, which made it a lovely place to stay. The hotel has decent amenities and overall felt comfortable for a short stay.
The staff were friendly and clearly tried their best, although when we asked for recommendations they were not really able to provide much guidance.
The room itself is quite small, but manageable if you are mostly out exploring.
One important thing to note is the location. The hotel sits in the alley where most of the bars in town are located. Because of this, there was excessive noise and loud music every night until the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding the balcony rooms as they are the noisiest.
That said, Cha-am itself is a lovely place to visit — very affordable with great food options."

Lullaby the Sea Hua Hin è un alloggio molto rilassante e privato, anche se soggiornando 3 persone, non si sente affatto incomodo. Atmosfera tranquilla Ideale per davvero rilassante, l'hotel è a destra sulla spiaggia che non è affollato. Ti fa sentire il mare in modo molto privato
La camera ha una vasta gamma da scegliere. Il prezzo può essere un po' alto. Ma è considerato utile rispetto a quello che si ottiene, aria fresca, mattress confortevole, molto buona soak jacuzzi in acqua, super rilassante.Il bagno è spazioso, le strutture sono complete, c'è una macchina da caffè con capsule, snacks, E un buon colazione, specialmente caffè fresco, abbiamo organizzato due bicchieri al giorno, latte caldo è buono!
Ci sono attività da fare, come la bicicletta intorno all'alloggio. Ma se ci sono più biciclette disponibili, sarà molto buono. TV intelligente può guardare Netflix e YouTube come si desidera. Ci è anche un desk con abbastanza sockets di potenza. Adatto per le persone che vogliono rilassarsi e lavorare insieme.
In generale, è un alloggio che presta attenzione ai dettagli piccoli molto bene. È un luogo di soggiorno che si sente super rilassato, adatto per persone che vogliono rimanere in un freddo, vicino al mare, tranquillo, non occupato, buon servizio personale, molto carino.

AAmyKaung4everBeautiful small resort just seconds away from the beach! Theres also a nice pool in the center. For food there are some good seafood restaurants just a few min walk along the beach or you can call a car to take you more to the city area which is about 15-20 min.
Huge shout out to the staff as they went above and beyond, made our first trip to Thailand feel extra special and loved:)

Era durante il periodo di Natale occupato, ma il personale dell'hotel era molto paziente e orientato al servizio. Le strutture erano molto amicali, che il nostro toddler amava assolutamente. La colazione era ben diffusa e il servizio in camera era attento a tutte le nostre esigenze.

On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms.
However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included.
I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us.
The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible.
After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club.
The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort.
When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival.
I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. Because of this wonderful experience, I can confidently say that my family and I will absolutely be returning to stay with you again in the near future.

First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!

MMonmon1Un bel hotel, un personale amichevole, soprattutto nella zona del colazione. , questo cameriere chiamato Kung. Ha fornito un servizio eccellente.L'hotel era tranquillo, non molti ospiti, quindi la caratteristica dell'acqua nella piscina non è stata sempre distorta. La spiaggia non era buona per i cos di nuoto ci erano coppe con punte. Buffet colazione nei fine settimana e ala carta nei giorni di settimana, forse non molti ospiti. 2 persone band al bar piscina di notte, ma cantando vecchie e non grande. Non c'erano molti cibi a piedi.

Trouble with the area and tables for breakfast… the line-up and the que of breakfast, the quantity for the tables for guest are not enough and the guest have to wait….this is my very new experience for the service of 5-star hotel. Though I already paid for 2-day breakfast in the booking, so I decided to leave the breakfast for the last day and find good breakfast in the city.
3. Cockroach in our rest room (shower area), so I call the staff during clean-up room to catch it ! So impressed.

UUtente ospiteThe resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests

The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults.
Breakfast at white oven was good
In room dining was relatively fast and efficient
Overall a good resort
Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages
Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try.

LLucidoNon saprei da dove cominciare...era in offerta al 50% circa per i clienti diamond(wow...) e in effetti é quello che offrivano,la metà di cio che ci si puo aspettare,e anche meno.La struttura é ben posizionata in riva al mare,e questo é tutto ció di positivo di cui posso parlare.Il resto é quello che ci si puó aspettare da una struttura vecchia,conservata male,personale svogliato e a volte insufficiente.Le foto e i servizi offerti non sono aggiornati,deprimente vedere una bella struttura del passato in questo stato di abbandono,a livelli di hotel a 2 stelle,ho prenotato per due notti ma me ne sarei andato dopo un'ora.Colazione sufficiente,non aspettatevi granché.
