UUtente ospiteLe camere sono belle con vista sul mare, il servizio è grande. La colazione è molto meglio, è un la cart buffet, fatto per ordinare, una piccola porzione per ogni menu, così si può provare con diversi menu.

ZZaw2AungThe resort has a serene environment with direct access to the beach. The pool is also clean and good in size.
Perfect for family. 7-11 is reachable on foot about 7-10 minutes.
The only downside is the restaurant closes too early, even though the breakfast has variety of choices.
There are 2 or 3 good restaurants nearby along the beach.
We'll definitely choose the Siambeach Resort again for our next visit to Hua Hin.

On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms.
However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included.
I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us.
The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible.
After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club.
The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort.
When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival.
I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. Because of this wonderful experience, I can confidently say that my family and I will absolutely be returning to stay with you again in the near future.

È tornato da un 2-night fuga di famiglia al U Hua Hin Resort, e non potevamo chiedere un miglior soggiorno! Dalla nostra arrivo, tutto si sentiva calmo, benvenuto, e così attentamente organizzato per le famiglie.
Le nostre camere erano spaziose, senza spot e bellissime, il tipo di posto dove tutti si sentono immediatamente a casa. I bambini amavano giocare in piscina, mentre gli adulti godevano di mattine lentamente lucidate con vista sul mare e il suono tranquillo delle onde nel fondo. 🌊
Il cibo qui era una stella, fresca, deliziosa e bella presentata.Il tempo del colazione era un trattamento con tante scelte per bambini e adulti. Abbiamo provato anche il servizio di massaggio del resort, ed è stato pura gioia perfetto dopo un giorno di cammini e nuoto!
La tranquillità della spiaggia, tranquilla, sicura e bellamente pulita, ideale per camminare a piedi di famiglia al sole. La comodità della posizione rendeva l’esplorazione di Hua Hin facile, ma il resort si sentiva ancora come un passo tranquillo.

MMonmon1Un bel hotel, un personale amichevole, soprattutto nella zona del colazione. , questo cameriere chiamato Kung. Ha fornito un servizio eccellente.L'hotel era tranquillo, non molti ospiti, quindi la caratteristica dell'acqua nella piscina non è stata sempre distorta. La spiaggia non era buona per i cos di nuoto ci erano coppe con punte. Buffet colazione nei fine settimana e ala carta nei giorni di settimana, forse non molti ospiti. 2 persone band al bar piscina di notte, ma cantando vecchie e non grande. Non c'erano molti cibi a piedi.

UUtente ospiteThe resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests

2. Trouble with the area and tables for breakfast… the line-up and the que of breakfast, the quantity for the tables for guest are not enough and the guest have to wait….this is my very new experience for the service of 5-star hotel. Though I already paid for 2-day breakfast in the booking, so I decided to leave the breakfast for the last day and find good breakfast in the city.
3. Cockroach in our rest room (shower area), so I call the staff during clean-up room to catch it ! So impressed.

The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults.
Breakfast at white oven was good
In room dining was relatively fast and efficient
Overall a good resort
Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages
Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try.

LLucidoNon saprei da dove cominciare...era in offerta al 50% circa per i clienti diamond(wow...) e in effetti é quello che offrivano,la metà di cio che ci si puo aspettare,e anche meno.La struttura é ben posizionata in riva al mare,e questo é tutto ció di positivo di cui posso parlare.Il resto é quello che ci si puó aspettare da una struttura vecchia,conservata male,personale svogliato e a volte insufficiente.Le foto e i servizi offerti non sono aggiornati,deprimente vedere una bella struttura del passato in questo stato di abbandono,a livelli di hotel a 2 stelle,ho prenotato per due notti ma me ne sarei andato dopo un'ora.Colazione sufficiente,non aspettatevi granché.
