Was suprised that we couldn't cook the fish ( Blue Cod) we caught that afternoon in the motel as we faced a $300 fee if we did.

Cannot recommend this place more highly. The cleanliness was so noticeable as one walked into the unit. There was a problem with the wifi that the proprietress immediately dealt with. I also left my electric toothbrush behind by mistake, Jodie made sure it was sent back to me and although I asked twice for the cost of returning so that I might reimburse she just ignored me and returned it to me.

Awesome to finally have a decent hotel in Lower Hutt. The rooms are beautifully furnished but the couch is not very comfortable. The biggest disappointment how we was the service. Ltd English at reception. Dining room shut early on two occasion. Car parking over subscribed despite us paying in advance for it. The chair in our room was broken. I called at night to advise them and was told to come down in the morning and tell reception them when the maintenance man was on site. I asked if they could leave a message over night for him and was told no - best if I manage it myself. The gym that comes with it is also 500 metres walk away rather than being able to use the gym right next door.

Being a BIG 4 member and reciprocal agreement with TOP 10 Holiday parks, we proritise our holidays when in NZ, withTOP10 group. We were warmly welcomed with a smile, in wonderfully laid out Reception area. Our arrival pack was ready. Given very clear instructions to our accomodation. Park well laid out. Accomodation was clean and neat. Seemed to well insulated, as we felt comfortable inside. Location to get into Petone an easy drive. Also the next day had to travel to Otaki, and this was very easy. We asked if Speights Pub for a meal had a good feedback from their clients, which made us very feel comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer, but we had only 2 nights, and then down to Queenstown.

Great customer service, the rooms were well designed and a good size. They had all the modern features you’d need and like for a trip. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Main reason for the review is the customer service, I’ve stayed at quest hotels whilst traveling a fair amount. Hands down one of the best by far. The staff went out of there way to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Would recommend 5 stars.
