I am writing to say that Chelsea Rios has been the sunshine in my last year and the best front desk person at Hilton Garden Inn Longview. She has helped us as we had to be in Texas many times over the last year because our daughter was a resident at Heartlight Boarding School. Chelsea was always there for us. When we had a problem she solved it very well and satisfactory. She was always cheerful and I loved staying there because of her.

Sono un lavoratore contrattuale che lavorava nel quartiere per un anno. Non mi serviva molto solo un letto pulito e un posto relativamente bello. Ho incontrato il manager e la sua famiglia, hanno lavorato con il mio programma, e hanno capito quanto spesso mi fermero'. Non è un hotel di alta classe, come in nome, è solo un piccolo centro di casa. Ottenete una stanza pulita, una gestione comprensibile, un frigorifero, un bagno pulito, e un buon condizionatore d'aria. Se avessi un contratto in zona, non andrei altrove. Ha tutto quello che ho bisogno, e più grazie alla gente che ho appena conosciuto.

where to start. This is my first bad review ever on TripAdvisor. But everything was so awful I felt I had to let a fellow traveler know,what they might get them self into staying here Arrive woman at the desk talks to me like I'm stupid ,like I'm a bother felt weird even being there. Finally get room and its dirty cigarette holes in the bed blanket, cockrochs in the bath room. Big ones. Everything was dirty, shower was so dirty I put towels down to take a shower. Morning comes 8.00am and owner an his wife want to clean the room ? Come back 2 hours later he's mad I guess I'm there an he can't clean. Stay some where else. Ive stayed at cheaper hotels before when just me and this was by far the worst. One thing to be older hotel but its also nasty and the cleanliness is neglected
