地理位置優越，內部設施先進，服務得體，海德公園、白金漢宮、哈羅德近在咫尺步行可至，早餐、正餐均好吃，叫車服務很合適。值得擁有。

商務酒店，風格喜歡。前台人員在滿房的狀態下也幫忙找房間。但是check out的時候竟然多加了服務費，説是每天打掃房間的服務，現在倫敦真的變相要小費。

酒店服務人員都很好，還幫忙代預訂了附近的米其林餐廳。

套房很好，還有個陽台，比較舒適

Hotel pulitissimo, vicino al centro. Il ragazzo del bar Claudio molto disponibile, abbiamo perso i passaporti e’ ci ha aiutato tanto nel proseguire per lo svolgimento delle varie procedure di smarrimento! Il ristorante prepara degli ottimi piani tipici londinesi!

I also stayed at the hotel and can thoroughly recommend it. The suite was spacious, and very relaxing. Excellent bed. A true 5-star boutique experience but with the added bonus that it is a calm oasis. The staff are wonderful! I also had a fantastic afternoon tea there. Truly unique! They have replaced the usual finger sandwiches, cakes and scones with a selection of healthy, nutritious, and substantial whole foods, along with sweet fruit desserts - really fun, well presented. It looks amazing and very filling, plus far more healthy than traditional afternoon teas. Excellent selection of teas and great cocktails. Friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable staff at to the experience. If you wish to try something new and unique for afternoon tea then definitely visit The Halkin.

Wonderful boutique spot in an unbeatable location! We loved the afternoon tea and breakfast service. Walkable to plenty of great restaurants and pubs. Such a nice area and surrounded by so many picturesque buildings and beautiful architecture. Would definitely return!

Nice boutique hotel in the centre of London. The reservation team was fantastic in arranging everything prior to my stay. The front office is great, being welcoming all the time. Room service is also very good, always responsive and efficient.

We were upgraded to the suite and it has been an excellent solution . Both me and my husband were there for business and that spaciousness allowed us to work in two different areas of the study. The staff was great and spoiled us in everything. We felt at home and we cannot wait to come back and see Mr Gokan the GM amd his amazing staff

I stayed at the COMO for a week in may 2024. If you’re looking for a centrally located wonderful boutique hotel in London. This is the one. The staff here is nothing short of fabulous. Ginny, Alex and Lonny took care of all my needs almost before I knew what I needed. I have never had such a great experience with the concierges at any hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m a pretty independent traveler but having their help made my trip so much better. They gave me play recommendations and got me tickets to sold out events (the Royal Ballet’s Swan Lake and a big premier soccer game). They Helped me with transportation and the Tube’s local secrets for getting around London. They also suggested restaurants and fun things to do in the areas I was exploring that day. When I injured my foot and it was bruised and swollen. They brought me ice up to my room to help with the swelling!! When my train to the cotswolds got cancelled, they helped me reroute my trip to Amsterdam and helped me with reservations to the museums and the Ann Frank house. Besides the stellar help that I received, the hotel was beautiful. My bed was comfortable and the room was big and the bathroom was so nice. The hotel had 2 restaurants and I loved the breakfast they had and I ate there most mornings before I headed out for the day. I also ordered room service when I hadn’t eaten and was heading out to a play or ballet that night. The food was yummy and I found myself just wanting to eat at the Hotel. They do offer an afternoon tea that I didn’t get to try but I’m sure it was delicious!! It was also so nice as a solo traveler that they were always at the desk and greeted me as I came and went. I felt like they were looking out for me and that gave me peace of mind. Next time I go to London I will not stay anywhere else. Thank You Como for the wonderful stay.
