L'hotel si trova a Earl's Court un quartiere tranquillo con negozi, ristorantini, pub e ottime caffetterie, dista due minuti a piedi dalla metro Earl’s Court. L'hotel è accogliente e pulito in ogni suo spazio. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Avevo prenotato una camera doppia deluxe con finestra per 3 notti ma quando siamo giunti in hotel ci hanno comunicato che la camera era in overbooking e per una notte avremmo dovuto alloggiare in una camera senza finestra nel basement. La prima notte abbiamo pernottato in una camera doppia Club senza finestra. In camera abbiamo trovato cioccolatini due bottiglie piccole di prosecco, coca cola e limonata e per finire frutta fresca. Nonostante la camera fosse grande, l'assenza di finestra si faceva sentire. Per le altre due notti abbiamo alloggiato in una camera matrimoniale con finestra (n.210). Le camere erano entrambe pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, materasso comodo, doccia spaziosa. In camera sempre presente bottiglie d'acqua da 500ml gratuite, un bollitore, bustine di tè camomilla e caffè americano. Inoltre, fornetto a microonde, asse da stiro e phon a ioni. In camera è presente un attacco USB, Hdm, prese di luce inglese ed europea. Cambio corredo bagno ogni giorno. Reception h.24 sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento va allo staff, in particolare alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Faheem, Anna e Chris. Grazie mille siete eccezionali.

Mentre la maggior parte delle cose di questo hotel erano accettabili e più o meno come ci si aspettava, siamo rimasti molto delusi dalle dimensioni della stanza. Era descritta come una "doppia Superior", ma era al massimo una singola glorificata. Per arrivare a un lato del letto bisognava infilarsi in uno spazio molto piccolo e il letto era alto 4 piedi, il che era al massimo un tentativo di dormirci per una coppia. Questa è Londra, ma ci si aspetterebbe di più per il costo.

This place was not as clean as I expected, regarding all the photos including on this website. The rug in the room and in the corridors was very filthy and quite used. Plus, there was a moldy smell near the rooms. Noted that amenities were out of order, this was not a very welcoming place

Very average hotel for the huge cost! The gym was out of service. I was due to stay at the hotel opposite which is a much better value for money.

During our stay the lift was in service so we hv to climbed up the staircase to our htl room. The hotel staffs were so helpful to assist with our luggages. Other than that all ok 👍🏻

Very good location and near the underground. Some of the staff was very helpful, but some of the stuff seemed abrupt and bothered. Not necessarily unhelpful, but just without any cheer at all. The restaurant had good food, but there was no bar so you couldn’t sit and mingle with the other lodgers. I did feel like I was in a safe area

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years. It's very conveniently situated and generally reasonably priced, certain areas are looking a little tired in all the rooms I've stayed in but overall...I keep going back .

Stayed for one night. I checked in very late and the staffs are nice. They led me to the room. Room is clean and quiet. Wonderful!

Near to Earls Court tube station.Average room size.Has a restaurant.relaxing lobby area.Luggage storage for a few hours. Accommodating and friendly staff.

Just a flying visit!!! Wish I could have stayed longer!!! Will be back in the near future!!! A nice welcome from the door staff and them on the desk 👍

ehave a very good stay in the hotel , they have excellent d professional service from the coneriger to the room service, specquickially thanks to Mr. We have very good stay  in the hotel. They provides usith and essional service, from the conceriger to the room service. SPECIALLY thanks to the front desk Mr. FAHEEM, he gave us many good advise and solved our queries and concerns quickly. The room is big, clean, location are all perfect to us. While, I forgot to get my personal belongs in thr room, I do hope the hotel will get them , I will have friend to pick up it
