Il "Yachajiao Manor" costruito sulla cima della montagna è un hotel magico! La strada su per la montagna è tortuosa e ripida, senza guardrail. La padrona di casa è venuta a prenderci personalmente ai piedi della montagna ieri sera. Era cordiale e premurosa! Viaggio di 15 giorni a Lijiang, la locanda preferita del bambino. La posizione è ottima, di fronte alla Montagna innevata del Drago di Giada. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte, se avrò occasione tornerò!

I stayed here for the first night of my 3 day trek across the Tiger Leaping Gorge. This lodge was amazing, the service was incredibly helpful and made my planned trip so much more convenient. The place I booked was huge (individual building) with a courtyard, balcony and inside there was a spacious lounging area as well. There were also some aunties dancing at night which was really charming. Breakfast was a healthy set meal. Most of all I was so grateful for their service, making my planned trek a lot easier. They picked us up at the attraction ticket center, dropped us off at the start of the hike (Naxi Guesthouse) and drove our luggage to their lodge. When we checked out they also helped us with bringing our luggage to our next lodging (Tibet Guesthouse). This saved so much trouble from trying to figure out where to hold our luggage. Logistics-- They are located down the corner from Teahorse Guesthouse (where you can grab a meal) so it was our first night of the trek. Then you continue the next day on the trek path-- 1-2hrs to Halfway (guesthouse/restaurant/cafe) and then continue the rest of the journey to the end of the trek (following signs pointing to Tinas Guesthouse for general direction). 3 days was perfect to take in all the sights at a more leisurely pace.

Did a 2 day 1 night hike at Tiger Leaping Gorge and we decided to stay here on our first night although it was much more expensive compared to other accommodations in the area. Location was good as it was located slightly off the main trail so it was very quiet but still easy to find. The room was spacious and clean, although it is not uncommon to find bugs here and there especially if you leave the door/window open. The view of the mountains from the balcony was superb! There is even a bathtub in the balcony and swimming pool if you are keen. We paid for dinner which was average while the guesthouse provided a hearty breakfast which was satisfying before a hike! The owner was very helpful and offered to send us to the end of the hiking trail if we could not finish our hike in the event of bad weather. Overall highly recommended!

Very nice location at the middle of Tiger Leaping Gorge trail, with a spectacular view from the rooms. Staff was very kind and helpful, picking us up after our hike. The main downside was the food - limited options and only basic Chinese breakfast.

Best hotel view ever! Each room is its own two-story stone house with a large glass-floor balcony, an enclosed garden, and a working fireplace! The views of Tiger Leaping Gorge are absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of hiking. The beds were super comfortable and the food was great. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is amazing as it is built on Tiger leaping gorge, we had an awesome experience dining in the tent for our dinner. A dance with the local naxi tribe is arranged for the hotel guests and it was a truly memorable experience. Room was well maintained and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The view is amazing all around. Our room was beautifully designed, bathroom window facing the snow mountain. The floor heating and fire place makes the whole room warm and cozy. Their property located on a route to the big hike, makes it convenient to check out the mountains and water fall. Super friendly staff, they go above and beyond to meet our needs. Also really loved the breakfast and dinner experience. Home style cooking, eventuating was yummy on the menu. We’ll definitely come back next time we visit Yunnan. This hotel itself is an whole experience to enjoy.

Yachajiao is a wonderful hotel with a spectacular location! Seated in the Tiger Leaping Gorge you have amazing views of the Yulong Snow Mountain. We stayed there for one night for our hike but if we had time we would gladly stay longer! The check in was smooth and fast, communication through WeChat was convenient and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western and gave us a good start for our hike. They have an outdoor pool with mountain views but it was sadly enough too cold in winter to try it out. The staff were friendly and very helpful! For sure we will remember this lovely guesthouse with the amazing views!

The Yachajiao Manor was truly exceptional. We stayed here after hiking the first part of Tiger Leaping Gorge. The room was beautiful and modern. The heated floors kept the room at the perfect temperature in the cold winter. The bathroom had a very fancy toilet and shower with hot water 24 hours. The beds were super comfortable. The deck had a bathtub on it where the view was private and so beautiful. You could see all the stars at night and it was very peaceful. We ate dinner here and the food was wonderful, though we had read different. It was just right after a hike. The next day they offered a simple breakfast that also was super filling for our day 2 hike. I highly recommend this place. It was a treat in the middle of a long hike.
