L'hotel ha offerto un rimborso perché la data era stata prenotata erroneamente, ma l'hotel l'ha ignorato e si è rifiutato di rimborsare nonostante le ripetute comunicazioni. L'atteggiamento è stato cattivo, duro e molto ostile nei confronti dei turisti cinesi! Bloccato permanentemente! Si prega di fare attenzione quando prenotate questo hotel!

I’ve stayed here many times and it never disappointed. Room was nice and clean and staff were very helpful .

這裏環境非常漂亮，服務人員態度也很熱情，友善，我們從本拉提城堡參觀完了，到這裏也非常近，酒店還有泳池和健身房，早餐也非常豐盛。

是個維護得還算好的二三十年前的三星級酒店，但畢竟是舊了，好些設施用起來很膈應，年代感濃郁。
