- Cozy and clean, modern feel - Location is close to Xihu and multiple malls - Breakfast has many great options, including both Western and Chinese - Midnight self-serve porridge, really heartwarming - Staff are friendly and amazing, adorable delivery robot - 10/10 would stay again!

Everything just fine but maybe the reception are doing they job, quite annoyed everytime we came out or came in they always ask about our passports and what exactly are we doing in Hangzhou 🙈 But overall everything is great! I think the reception need to learn more about the tourist passport, no salty at all! ❤️
