Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

Had a great stay in meritas picaddle hotel. It had a spacious out door sitting area neatly maintained. Had a great time in pool *****. Took massage in sveda spa which was rejuvenating. Rooms were neat & clean. Want to mention one housekeeping staff surendra who took care of our needs during our stay.

Superb stay, we got an upgrade as it was my spouses birthday, Rimjhim at the reception was very kind to arrange for a cake as well. Good clean rooms and really good amenities like water park and jacuzzi which are functional unlike many other resorts

Amazing resort in Lonavala. Food served in breakfast is beyong amazing. Also lunch and dinner in their restaurant is super yummy. Had a very nice stay. Rooms are cozy and bed was comfortable. Resort also has a gym. Staff was friendly and nice.

Thank you for your hospitality. Rooms and service was really very nice. We really enjoyed our stay especially the resort with water rides. But we are disappointed with the breakfast management service. It was very long waiting queue which we never experienced in 4star and 5stars hotels. Manager was so badly arranging the waiting queue that random people were going inside and sitting there. Management had no control there and we just kept on waiting outside. waited for his queue to come in have breakfast. This was the only biggest disappointment in such a great meritas hospitality. Thank you

Just love the stay in the resort.. Food was very nice.. Property Clean as new... Staff well mannered and helpful. Amenities provided makes it unique as compared to the rates of others.. Also the location is right in the center that makes it very easy to travel... To other places... All in all I would love to book MERITAS PICADDLE RESORT on my every visit to Lonavala.

The Water Park and Pool is the best experience............... The Rooms are clean ............ Staff is Good and very helpful............ Quick service.. this was my second visit and I will surely visit again ........... It's worth it. ...

I would like share to my feedback 1) water park - need to be clean and water was tasted like rusted, hygeine matters. 2) swimming pool is maintained very well fresh water very much cleaned 3) Food is too good 4) Breakfast spread is awesome 5) room repair maintenance to be take care, In case of my case additional bed was not cleaned, shower spray was leakage, etc. but I appreciate your hotel staffs on prompt response 6) room corner cleaning to be taken care 7) hotel rooms facade glass is transparent - privacy matters any one can see to inside of another room it should be one sided Rest all experience are good
