Both restaurants closed only bar food available this is the second time this has happened stayed their in October and the same only then they were over run with social dancers having stayed their on avg of six times a year for last 20 years I think this will be my last time shame really

Everything was perfect.We had a beautiful room and the entertainment was brilliant totally recommend the Gleneagle hotel

Excellent for visiting Killarney and surrounding area. 20 minute brisk walk into town. On main road which was noisy from the balcony rooms so bear in mind if you want more peace go around the back. A relaxed and friendly hotel.

Großes Resort mit allen annehmlichkeiten und gutes Frühstück. Es ist ein wenig weiter entfernt vom Centrum aber noch gut erreichbar.

Un hôtel immense, impersonnel, sans âme, Point positif, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner et dîner plutôt bon. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine mais elle est grande et doit être agréable.

Hotel 4 stelle, ma direi più un 3 stelle se guardiamo le camere. Siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto alla consegna della camera e abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina nell'attesa, grande, ma senza sdraio quindi puoi solo stare in ammollo per ore. Per gli adulti ci sono anche una sauna ed un idromassaggio. L'hotel offre degli spettacoli serali di intrattenimento, la possibilità di prendere un gelato nel locale interno e di cenare in 3 ristoranti in cui si mangia bene. Le stanza sono però davvero piccole. In tre non avevamo posto nemmeno per i bagagli. Poi la solita mancanza, come in tutti gli hotel, di frigo bar (ma offrono una bottiglietta d'acqua a testa). Il bagno vecchio e con poco spazio, ma soprattutto consiglio di portarvi i vostri prodotti da bagno perché usano saponi secchi anche come shampoo e ne danno uno piccolissimo in 3. Manca l'aria condizionata, danno un ventilatore.

Check in was so quick and easy. The room was amazing and so was the food. The staff and teams were amazing and so helpful and kind. The concert picture this was amazing. I will be coming again. The hotel was easy to find. The hotel looked amazing all decorated for christmas.

Wonderful place with a one stop shop options. Eat, play, dance, sing, enjoy and sleep at the same location they even have a cheap shuttle bus service to town. But they even have a pool and children entertainment areas. Coffee machine, fridge and kettle in the giant rooms.

While the hotel is in a great location, with excellent and friendly staff, I found the accommodation very dated for the 4 stars. We had a ground floor balcony room which had a very small en suite. The paint was peeling and the shower was tiny with just a shower curtain which caused the water to leak everywhere. There was a very clastraphobic feel with low ceilings and very dark, small things like no dressing gown meant it felt very much like a basic hotel. I attended the spa on Saturday and while I can't fault the amazing lady who did my massage, the facilities were lackluster. Any other spa I have been to has a locker room or changing area to, and you get a dressing gown and slippers before being brought to the treatment room. This did happen, which meant afterwards I just got dressed and was given a glass of water and some fruit in the hallway. My experience in other spa's usually have an area to relax afterwards and a real pampered feel. For €100 massage, there was no pampered feel at all. I had high expectations but I was disappointed with the facilities unfortunately.

Great value, great facilities with gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and pool table. Room modern and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of staff and attentive and helpful. Good selection of spacious bars and food areas on site Definitely stay again.
