Troppo rumoroso fronte strada Le tende non sono strette Ho chiesto se potevano trovare una stanza più tranquilla e mi hanno detto che erano tutte affacciate sulla strada. Non è possibile effettuare la cancellazione, parte della tariffa verrà trattenuta previa comunicazione con Ctrip. La stanza è davvero pulita, l'hotel è nuovo ma è troppo rumoroso per restarci e anche l'aria condizionata non è fresca. Un viaggio deplorevole

The room itself is fine. Clean enough. Staff pleasant. However, the shower is not in good working order. The hoses have holes leading to water spraying everywhere. The rainfall shower had a little water coming out the side and it smelled musty / moldy. The biggest problem was the AC. It kept turning off automatically after 5 min so when I fell asleep it became hot and sweaty. It also was not cooling the room well when it was on. Cooling strength is very weak. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep well. Would not recommend or stay here again.

From start water heater was broken booked for 6 nights stayed only 3 we had to move out received no service at all lost money on 3 other days but I couldn’t stay there anymore rooms tiny couldn’t unpack noises from street air conditioning not so cold water leaking from room above they promised to send technician to fix water heater but it never came I should’ve read reviews carefully running by incompetent staff never again horrible place not recommended

Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to BTS and has eating outlets nearby. Room condition is average. Shower heater is not working. Wash basin tap's water flow is also to low. Had informed hotel of the defects but even after 2 rectification attempts, issue were not resolved. Gave up. Room soundproofing is also very bad. As hotel is by the main roadside, you can hear every single vehicle passing by, even late at night.

The hotel is just right next to BTS Thong Lo station, it's very easy for you to travel around Bangkok downtown. Also, the staff are very friendly and the room condition is acceptable too.

Really great location with helpful staff who can help you checkin/out 24/7. However, should fix the broken door and ensure that room facilities (e.g. lamps) are working!

The room is small and only stairs to go 3rd floor. Very near in BTS train

Decent stay, good for those who are ok with noise from main street below. Not a good option if you are a sensitive sleeper

The room itself have only one downside is that it's not clean (neither dirty) and old, seems like the cleaner there is careless. The room is very old consider that everything in almost broken state. Still this place is run by foreigner and not a single thai staff there, they can speak thai tho. Staff are friendly and caring so if there is anything you can talk to them and they are more than happy to fix it for you. The bed is much comfortable more than i expect. The location is great, 45 second walk from Sky train station. One if the best thing is that the technology is hi tech on digital staff, Absolutely fast internet, a very big digital tv that included Netflix and Youtube 24/7 and also international socket for all the plug. I personally would return

The room is smell **** maybe cuz ac never clean! Peeled blankets, pillows, mattresses, towels, everything smells musty. Even ask for new one still smell same and towels it dirty not clean at all ,When i lying in bed Itching all over the body and a rash. This is bad experience I’ve got in my trips
