Best location in town. Affordable price with proper service. Friendly staff. Good for 1 night visit.

It's a bit old and noisy, other than that , it's pretty good. Water cost 10k VND in te room

Phòng rộng. Sạch sẽ thoáng mát. Nước nóng phải đợi hơi lâu Tủ lạnh không sử dụng được. Chỉ ở 1 đêm nên không có vấn đề gì lớn.

This indeed is a very big hotel located at a central place of Thai Binh City. The rooms are big - the bathroom is also quite spacious which is stacked up with all toiletaries. They provide electric kettle in the rooms for tea / coffee making - but do not provide milk powder or sugar / sugar substitutes. The breakfast spread is extremely limited. The staff members cannot speak in English & neither they understand English which becomes a very major bottleneck for communication. They provide only one 250ml bottle of packaged drinking water per guest per day free of cost which is definitely not adequate. Otherwise their hygiene & housekeeping quality is good.
