Ottima esperienza di check-in, il servizio di Miss Phoebe alla reception è molto buono, il servizio sorridente a 360 gradi e ha anche aiutato a migliorare la camera, l'hotel è tranquillo in mezzo al rumore e ci sono molti piccoli ristoranti nelle vicinanze, che è molto adatto per viaggi d'affari

Lo Sheraton Donggang è a meno di 500 metri dalla scuola di mio figlio.Temevo che mio figlio non potesse andare a scuola perché la comunità era bloccata, quindi ho vissuto qui negli ultimi giorni. Nonostante tutti indossassero le mascherine durante l'epidemia, non potevano vedere i sorrisi amichevoli delle signore alla reception, ma potevano comunque sentire il loro servizio premuroso.Vedendo che ho preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a migliorare la mia stanza con mio figlio, ho chiamavo tutte le sere per chiedermi se ne avessi bisogno Porridge o latte caldo, a scuola si tirano le scatole di cancelleria per bambini e si danno le matite ai bambini, ecc., che ci fanno sentire molto al caldo durante la tesa epidemia. The hotel is in a good location, as it is close to the city centre, and there are some good restaurants nearby. O’Reilly’s pub is just across the road. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. I was a little disappointed, however, to discover that there was no laundry service. Also, modern hotels now have robots. Perhaps the Sheraton should follow suit.

Excellent staff. We got upgraded for no extra charge and they kindly supplied a birthday cake for my gf. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was quite comfortable. Breakfast spread was varied and interesting. Great ambience and clean rooms. Highlight was definitely the service and staff. They were polite, friendly, helpful. Special mention to Lucien who went above and beyond to help us with places to visit, directions, checking to see if places were open etc. without his support it would be a bit difficult navigating during Chinese New Year.

We enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Ningbo Hotel, the room was clean and fun for families with small children. Reception staff were also nice. We also loved the breakfast food with variety of choices. It was my daughter's birthday and she was given a special gift upon check-out.
