Devono andare verso un crociera di alto termine per il personale. Ho visitato di nuovo, ma mi sentivo incazzato piuttosto che guardato. Sarà fantastico, ma non è stato promesso che questo non accadrà.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Trueman Court for the weekend, whilst visiting Liverpool. The rooms were very spacious and airy, giving the whole room an open and modern feel. The combination of luxury, whilst also being in a prime location (walking distance from all of the shops, bars and restaurants) fitted the bill perfectly for our weekend. One of the things we most enjoyed that most other places seem to lack was a proper functional kitchen. Everything was shiny and brand new, with a very good coffee machine and modern amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Liverpool. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Arrived at hotel and they only had a generated booking for double room two adults which I found out after I checked in and completed manual check in form at reception with 3 guest on it. Hotel was fully booked. Manger who was very professional found a solution and got a pull out bed delivered to our room. Which was great but room was very compact. But a dampner on our stay.

Firstly the bad points- *The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked, *The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018. *tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms. *There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it. I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3. Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us The upsides were- *Staff were pleasant, *breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for, *hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe. * . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

La struttura è situata nel centro di Liverpool, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dai dock. Si sentiva buio a causa di un giardino interno circondato da altre finestre e di un'apertura di gioielli, quindi non si passava molto luce del giorno. Aprire la finestra era un grande no, come si poteva sentire solo alcuni fan industriali che si sbattevano fuori. Ci sono stati alcuni settori che richiedono attenzione e quindi mi hanno fatto sentire inconfortabile a camminare senza scarpe. Il punto di prezzo era buono. La colazione è continentale, ma aveva qualche uova scrambled. Se avessi prenotato di nuovo, prenoterei le camere in cima e non prenoterei una stanza standard.

Per vedere Liverpool andare in un posto di gioco. La prossima volta, se c'è ancora l'opportunità, sceglieremo questo hotel, l'atteggiamento è buono, molto entusiasta! E molto vicino alla stazione Liverpool Lim, da Londra a Liverpool, quando uscite dalla stazione ferroviaria, vedete l'hotel e arrivate a piedi per due minuti! E proprio nel centro della città, basta camminare per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Se vuoi andare ad Anfield, puoi arrivare alla stazione di autobus 17 fuori dall'hotel. Se viaggiate a Liverpool, vi consigliamo di vivere qui.

Since June 2021 I have stayed in 7 hotels/guesthouses across England and so I am well placed to compare the facilities and service we have experienced in this post-lockdown period. Three of these were booked through Secret Escapes and The Richmond was the first of these. I went with a friend for a 3 night stay to explore Liverpool. We had a decent deal so booked a double room each even though there was no single discount. First impressions were good as I had requested rooms near each other and we were actually the only 2 in a tiny corridor off of the main corridor. We found all the staff to be helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine if a little chaotic – but this has been common to most of the hotels as they struggle with new staff after an exodus of the experienced staff. My room was comfortable and the bed was big. I am always concerned that the room should be well ventilated and not too hot. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working but there were two big fans provided in the room and you could open the window. My friend reported that she found it difficult to sleep on the first night because of street noise but I had no issues with this. There is a night porter to let you in if you are out late – which you are bound to be if you explore the Cavern Quarter, and the hotel is well placed for this as everything is a walk away. My only problem was that the safe had been left locked so I couldn’t use it. I reported this to reception on the first day and was told a maintenance operative would see to it but nothing happened. I reported it again on the second day but with the same result so gave up after that. Liverpool itself is great.
