Hotel vicini a Rua da Rosa a Lisbona

What a wonderful, but entirely individual, experience. The set up is one side is a hostel (quite a nice one), where reception, casual tapas restaurant and breakfast are served. The other side is the suites, with a rooftop bar and smart restaurant. The character is faded elegance, shabby chic - entirely purposely and is so authentic. The vibe is superb service from a young, friendly and efficient staff. If you want a suited and booted experience, go elsewhere and probably get worse service. The rooms are of average size, although mine, in comparison with my friends’ had a HUGE bathroom. High ceiling make the rooms feel airy. Proper antique shutters make for a proper blackout experience. The rooms do have areas with peeling paint and could be described as rustic for some - but they are clean and charming and we were delighted. If you want a quiet venue - do not come here - it is noisy, it is in a central location with bars and restaurants around. That said, it is perfectly located to get everywhere in Lisbon. The breakfast which you attend with the hostel residents (who were all lovely) was super, with a good selection - would have liked a little prepared fresh fruit - you can order specialist coffees and hot food as included in the suites rate (these extras have to be paid for by the hostel residents). The same area, with its terrace, houses a tapas restaurant which we visited on the first night. Superb food and service. The rooftop bar is a real treat. AMAZING views with excellent vibe and service. The restaurant beside it we did not visit as did not appeal, but no reason to suspect it wasn’t anything other than fab - as v busy! Lastly, the young chaps on the reception desk were soooo helpful and friendly - perfect English and the wonderful lady in charge of breakfast has to have a mention - what a character and such a super person to have there for the younger travellers. Looking at the reviews, some people just don’t “get it” - it is a different experience from a modern, chain hotel - but we found it wonderful. We heard they are going to be opening other places, but judging by the descriptions, they will be different to this - we would love for them to open things JUST LIKE THIS in other European cities - it is a one off currently and we would like to see more.

Molto buon servizio da parte della reception, letti soddisfacenti, spazio pulito e organizzato, accento per il caffè mattina incluso nel valore della prenotazione, con succhi, caffè, cioccolato caldo, torta, pane e noccioline. Ben situato. Ogni giorno ha eventi notturni, un ambiente amichevole per chi viaggia da solo.

Ottima posizione, comodissima per girare sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Struttura bella, magari un cartello in più fuori non guasterebbe perché ho fatto 3 volte avanti e indietro senza accorgermi della scritta sul vetro. Staff gentile. Camere piccole ma poco importa se si vuole visitare la città e utilizzarlo solo per riposare. Ci vorrebbero alcuni accorgimenti in più; vista la modernità del posto uno si aspetterebbe magari qualche gancio ai letti e non solo quattro appendini in tutto, un poggia sapone nella doccia, magari un dispenser di sapone ad uso comune al posto di una saponetta..il mio letto non era molto comodo ma con la stanchezza della sera ho dormito ugualmente come un ghiro. La colazione decisamente costosa per quello che offre; 7,50€ sono molti considerando che ho pranzato in giro con 12€ e cenato con 15€. Non vengono organizzati eventi, serate, tour, e mi è dispiaciuto perché viaggiando sola avrei gradito passare del tempo in compagnia. Tutto sommato ho soggiornato piacevolmente ma non ci tornerei ecco!

Il personale ha aiutato a chiarire le questioni di viaggio, come lo sciopero ferroviario intermittente. La nostra stanza era buona, ma l'ascensore, anche se afferma di adattarsi a 4 persone, è davvero abbastanza grande solo per 2 e penso che un grande hotel. dovrebbe avere più. Il più è possibile salire quasi presto o tardi, perché il buffet è servito da 6.30 a.m. a mezzogiorno. E il coro di uccelli che si Twitterano fuori dalla finestra è bello se ti piace questo genere di cose. L'hotel non è così centrale come il suo titolo implicherebbe e nella zona c'è una carenza di intrattenimento serale nel modo dei bar. Tuttavia, un paio di buoni ristoranti, la Churrascaria e il Hamro Ghar (Nepalese, credi!) servono buon cibo e birra.

Molto bel posto. Non siamo stati in pensione l'hotel. Era molto ragionevole e molto confortevole per 3 persone con 3 letti. La nostra camera si trovava di fronte alla strada, quindi era un po' rumoroso alla notte. È stato un ottimo luogo, vicino ai ristoranti, al trasporto e al mercato di domenica. Lisbona è un bel posto per visitare per qualche giorno! molto bel personale e un grande colazione a buffet (che non è stato incluso nel nostro prezzo di camera). Ma solo 8 Euro!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Room was clean, have both towels and hand towels, changed every day with clean ones. Pillows were good. To use room safe must pay deposit plus 2 euros/day. Has room phone but no phone directory, so unable to phone housekeeping or reception. Had to go down to reception to complain about the choked sink (wash basin): Sink choked, flowing very slowly, waste water accumulated took long time to drain away. However nothing done. Complained in the morning and in the afternoon about the choked sink and unable to use the room phone since no directory. Reception staff in the afternoon did not take note about the choked sink. He said hotel does not give housekeeping phone number to guests. I said that I want to complain to the manager. He said that he had passed on many complaints to his manager, though his manager said “yes, yes” but he saw no change, including the fact that room phone has no directory to call reception or housekeeping. (When we returned 11 days later, there was still no phone directory in our hotel room.) The following morning I told the reception staff that the sink was still choked. He was surprised and he went to our room to see the sink. After seeing that the sink was choked, he assured me that the sink would be cleared. Sure enough, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the c hoked sink was cleared. Has to climb 6 steps to reach lift/elevator. This can be a problem for older folks with heavy luggage. On our return stay, the room was much smaller. Could not close door of shower room when standing in front of wash basin. Mini fridge did not work and none available for replacement. Toiletry tray in shower area was missing. Not enough space to stand for showering, making it impossible to have a proper shower. Holder for shower nozzle too loose, could not stay in position except when hose was pressed against the wall.

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale vicinissimo metro e stazione ferroviaria per Sintra, zona piena di ristoranti e bar.Camere con ampiezza nella norma(a Lisbona sono normalmente molto piccole)arredamento discreto, con necessità di maggior cura nei dettagli.PUTROPPO: Il personale non parla l'italiano, spesso è stanco e svogliato(fortunatamente non tutti ma bisogna non avere fortuna!).LA PULIZIA nelle camere è scarsa.All'entrata c'è un cartello che specifica IN INGLESE che la pulizia delle camere avviene entro le 17 ma succede che bisogna richiederla, altrimenti torni stanco e trovi la stanza ancora non rifatta.Trovo la cosa assurda specie perchè ripeto il personale della reception che ripeto non parla in italiano,non avvisa della cosa.Buono il particolare delle bottiglie d'acqua (1 al giorno) gratis in camera.A mio avviso conviene prenotare direttamente sul sito dell'hotel e senza colazione visto tutti i bar giusto sotto l'albergo.Visto il rapporto qualità prezzo avrei messo quattro stelle ma ahimè per pulizia e personale che ripeto sono da rivedere compreso appunto l'impossibilità di spiegarsi in italiano.PS Sveglia richiesta e data con mezz'ora di ritardo!!!!

Pur non essendo nel centro storico, lo stesso è raggiungibile facilmente con il metrò la cui stazione è a pochi passi. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, altrettanto dicasi del bagno che, finalmente, ha una docce spaziosa. Avevamo compreso la prima colazione, a buffet, questa nella normalità. Nonostante i 18 piano dell'hotel non c'era confusione e l'attesa degli ascensori non era lunga. Personale cortese. Due pecche, forse: il frigorifero in camera era sottochiave e il televisore, nonostante i 103 canali, non ne aveva nessuno in Italiano.

Fermata Metro vicina,buoni ristoranti in zona,colazione ottima varia ed abbondante,camere ampie e curate staff gentile e preparato che ci ha assistito avendo avuto un grosso problema a causa del volo di ritorno cancellato causa sciopero dei controllori di volo in Italia. Bravi👍👍👍
