Hotel moderno composto da un numero limitato di camere davvero molto spaziose e confortevoli. La posizione nel Bairro Alto vicinissimo a strade pieni di bar e locali comporta un certo fastidio per il rumore che nonostante i doppi vetri e gli scuri purtroppo si percepisce. Per questo direi che la sistemazione è adatta soprattutto a chi cerca la vita notturna tipica da sempre di questo quartiere della città. Personalmente non mi ha affatto disturbato.

We honestly can’t speak highly enough of Raw Culture: we had an absolutely fantastic stay there at the end of March. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The team of staff is friendly and knowledgeable, telling us about the building and the art as well as helping us to make decisions about where to visit, how best to travel to our chosen destinations and to book some excellent restaurants. Our loft (‘Bold’) was amazing: comfortable, cosy and spacious with so many excellent touches. It was such a treat to stay there for 5 nights. The communal space downstairs is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and the cocktails are delicious! Breakfast is a calm and tasty start to each day with the buffet options complemented by a range of options on request: the poached eggs, the scrambled eggs and the avocado toast became firm favourites. Although we ended up in Lisbon during some pretty freak weather, almost getting washed away in Alfama on one day and nearly blown off the top of (the superb) MAAT the day after, the comfort and ambiance of Raw Culture meant that our visit wasn’t spoiled at all: we wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to everyone who was on the team from Sunday 24 to Friday 29 March: absolutely brilliant!

Amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Location is very central and easy to walk everywhere. Great restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The rooms are huge! Fully fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Windows were double windows to block out street noise and also shutters which meant we were not disturbed at night. The breakfast has a fantastic selection and is super fresh. The bar has a great atmosphere and good drinks selection. The art in this hotel is a personal collection of the owner and worth spending time to look at. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The service is so personal as there are only 12 rooms. They take the time to understand their guests and take a real interest in the guests. Their advice was invaluable and the WhatsApp service means they are always on hand. Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a small boutique hotel with a personal service and great rooms.

We had a brilliant time here, the hotel is fantastic in every way. The staff are great, knowledgeable and friendly, giving advice, suggestions and help. The rooms are amazing and this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Each room is essentially a spacious apartment. Our loft was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 WCs and shower room with seating and lounge area and with each being individually decorated. It's all a warehouse style with polished concrete floors, exposed ceiling and steelwork, brilliantly designed with a cool vibe. Nice touches were a complementary drink in the bar and half a bottle of wine in the room. Breakdast was great with eggs and coffee to order and a really good continental spread of fruit, meats and pastries. They also sourced gluten free bread, a different one each day from a local bakery as I'm coeliac. Can't rate this highly enough. Book direct for best price and go here if you can. We loved it.

He hotel is located in the best central place of Lisbon and midst a lot of bars and restaurants which, as you read in other reviews, make noise at night. We had a good double glazed windows and had no problem. When you enter you see that the owner is an art lover. The place used to be Airbnb before so there are only 12 huge suites 70-80 m each either fully equipped kitchen and 2 toilets. The bed is comfortable the amenities in the bathroom are great. You get treated with a free bottle of wine and chocolate and pastry and coffee machine in the room and complimentary drink at the bar ( great cocktails and amazing friendly barman) The breakfast is excellent: tasty with a good variety and fresh eggs the way you like are prepared. The main advantage that for sure will make me return is the personnel that work there. Friendly and helpful each and everyone. In summary an amazing hotel, we’ll be back !!

Have been here 2 days and still have 2 to go but this Hotel / Apartment is off the scale. The quirkiness of the whole place, room, bar, breakfast, art gallery and staff are superb. Welcoming, friendly, engaging and nothing is too much trouble. The place and room is immaculate and is one of the best places we have ever visited. Great location in a vibrant area. Looking forward to the next 2 days. Raw Culture, what a great place and great team. You have made my partners Birthday very special. Thank you.

What a gem! Right in the middle of Barrio Alto close to sites, restaurants and shops. The rooms were roomy, clean and high quality. Breakfast was excellent. The best personalized service we have had during our travels - we got a lot of good advice on what to visit and the staff was very friendly, fun and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment/ hotel stay… The experience from arrival to departure was fantastic. All the hotel personnel were so kind and extremely helpful. We shall most certainly return for this alone, The room was large and comfortable, extremely clean. Cocktails at the bar too good great buzz. Didn’t try the breakfast unfortunately but what we witnessed in passing looked delicious . Well done to you all.

The staff in this hotel was extraordinary. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. They were very helpful as we planned our days. The hotel was super clean. Rooms were in excellent condition when we arrived and were cleaned daily. We got along with the staff so well that we had a Christmas dinner with them and their family. Excellent location in town. Only negative was roads in the area are very narrow, but we walked most everywhere.
