Questo era un grande hotel. La stanza era buona, come la palestra e la piscina. La gamma di colazione era uno dei più sorprendenti che abbia mai visto. C'era letteralmente tutto quello che potevi pensare (a parte l'alcol - beh, questo non è Spagna!!). Alcuni dei cibi caldi (carne di turco e uova fritte) erano un po' sul lato freddo, alle due delle nostre quattro mattine all'hotel, ma, per essere onesti, erano stati messi in cima con articoli freschi per i clienti più tardi, quindi credo che siamo appena in tempo sbagliato. Tuttavia, sono tornato al bar per colazione in poche occasioni e ho avuto più di abbastanza da mangiare. Il ristorante dell'hotel è temporaneamente chiuso. Non sono sicuro che questo significhi al piano di sopra o la piccola birra vicino alla zona del bar, come entrambi erano chiusi. Il menu è molto limitato (circa 4 articoli, ricordo). Abbiamo scelto il pesce e i chip. Deve essere uno dei migliori pesci e chip che abbiamo mangiato da tempo. E' stato così bello che l'abbiamo avuto la seconda notte all'hotel. Purtroppo, il bar non è aperto in qualsiasi momento di domenica, quindi non ha significato niente da bere o da mangiare. Fortunatamente, siamo stati invitati a un barbecue quella notte, così non mancavamo a cena. L'hotel è ben situato e la zona si è sentita molto sicura. La stazione ferroviaria è letteralmente a cinque minuti, come il terminale degli autobus. Abbiamo anche camminato nel centro di Lilleström un giorno. Questo ci ha voluto solo circa 12 minuti e era piuttosto semplice. In tutto, un buon soggiorno a un prezzo molto alto. Molto consigliato.

Beautiful building, beautiful clean rooms, lovely reception area and friendly and enthusiastic staff! And as many other reviews have said…the breakfast is fantastic. They make you feel very welcome and instantly want to help. Really brilliant.

Dopo aver visitato questo hotel qualche settimana fa, quando la stanza era fredda, nonostante cercasse di ottenere il riscaldamento al lavoro, mi aspettavo che le cose si sarebbero migliorate, ma purtroppo non si sono migliorate. Sembra incredibile che un grande hotel a catena non abbia avuto sistema di riscaldamento funzionante per diverse settimane durante l'inverno norvegese e attende che i suoi ospiti si lamentino prima di fornire loro il più giovane riscaldatore di petrolio che non abbia alcun effetto. Il tempo era sotto zero durante il mio soggiorno e l'hotel ha riconosciuto che il sistema di riscaldamento delle camere non funzionava, apparentemente tutte le camere sono colpite.
