This is such a lovely resort. The estate is simply magnificent and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The room (especially the toilet) was a little bit dated but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. We got to dine at the main restaurant and the food quality was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were equally impressive with plenty of options for the kids. As for amenities, we got to use the indoor pool and spa and they were both nice and clean. The building was surrounded by impressive gardens and golf course so you will always get a good view just looking out of the windows. The hotel is surrounded by historic market towns which are always worth visiting. I would definitely come back again as I enjoyed the place so much.

房間簡陋，舊，悶熱，不開風扇睡不着，地毯感覺很臟也許並不臟但給我的感覺就是這樣；前台只有一位員工辦理入住、退房及各類事情，如同招待所；開始給我的房間在一旮旯處，上下電梯後還要提箱子爬2層樓梯，更要命的是窗户外是一堵牆，在屋子裡外面什麼都看不見，又暗又濕，度假變成蹲監房，我預訂的不是最低一檔價格，這種房沒法住，我和攜程反映，攜程説需聯繫代理商，半天沒得到結果，就自己去前台要求換房，新給的是窗户對酒店大門口的房，白天要關着窗簾，沒淋浴房，與訂單依然不符，為保留一份度假心情，沒再要求勉強湊合了2晚，就果斷退房了。住店客人不多，不大的早餐室一半都空的，即使這樣為什麼不能安排客人一個較滿意的房間呢？難怪住店客不多。
