UUtente ospiteCome viaggiatori molto esperti, io e la mia famiglia goderemo di esplorare i più sorprendenti siti e hotel del mondo, che stiamo guardando con un occhio molto discriminatorio. Per l'Oberroi Marrakech è davvero difficile trovare colpa. L'hotel, relativamente nuovo, è semplicemente stupendo con lobby e villa impressionanti, nonché giardini espansivi con 2700 olive. Il direttore generale Mamdouh è l'hoteliere perfetto e consumato, sempre presente controllando tutto non fermato, per assicurarsi che l'esperienza degli ospiti non sia meno di 5-stars. Jalal dal loro punto di vendita ci ha sorpresi con un sacco di torta di limone per tornare a Londra che non era disponibile per due colazioni che ci sono state perse dopo il nostro primo colazione. El Habib è un server fantastico pronto a dare almeno tre desideri con la sua lampada magica! Khalid il Manager del dovere chiede anche ininterrotto come possono migliorare un servizio che è già per eccellenza. Il nostro cappello è rimasto all'incredibile cuoco di pasticceria che fa la torta che rivale alla miglior patatteria parigiana.Ho visto i due impiegati che puliscono ogni macchina nel centro fitness con quattro spray che non lasciano polvere né germogli, concentrano il loro attenzione sul dettaglio. L'intera squadra è solo estremamente ben formata e professionale e molto impegnata nel loro desiderio di superare le vostre aspettative. La sincronizzazione dei loro sforzi, nel modo più naturale e sincero, sempre con grandi sorrisi, traduce in nulla meno di una vera e propria esperienza memorabile. Sappiano come farti sentire come la realta' arabe! Certamente saremo tornati!!! Grazie a tutti voi! Shukran! Se volete quel “Palazzo nel mezzo dell’esperienza dell’oasi” a Marrakech, non otterrete nulla di meglio di quello dell’Oberoi!

UUtente ospiteUn hotel molto prezioso, si può dire che è un momento luminoso per tutta la gita del Marocco. Ogni camera è un giardino indipendente Riad. Il servizio è gentile ma incantevole. Oltre al cibo generale, l'ambiente può essere detto senza provocazioni. Maraguash è in realtà molto male nel complesso. Posso dire che è un mondo in hotel e in hotel. Se Maraguash torna la prossima volta, pensa ancora di vivere qui!

KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, ma credo che alcuni membri del personale dovrebbero sapere meglio cosa stanno facendo le altre parti dell'hotel e come parlare con gli ospiti. Tecnicamente, ero un viaggiatore singolo, ma il mio amico alloggiava in un'altra stanza. Ogni giorno ci veniva data una grande bottiglia di acqua in omaggio e 2 bottiglie piccole.
Tuttavia, l'ultima sera, il mio amico ha ricevuto, ma io no. Questo andava bene e l'ho semplicemente menzionato educatamente alla reception. Considerando che non ci sono molti negozi locali da cui prendere l'acqua, sono stato contento quando mi è stato detto che questo sarebbe stato corretto.
Una piccola bottiglia era rimasta nella mia stanza, quindi ho chiamato la reception per spiegare, è qui che le cose sono diventate un po' maleducate e sono rimasto sorpreso dal dover ”combattere” per una bottiglia d'acqua, soprattutto perché questo non è un hotel economico. Sono stato reindirizzato al servizio in camera, che ha provato a farmi pagare e poi ha detto che era un problema delle pulizie. Poi ha parlato di nuovo con la reception e poi mi ha sostanzialmente dato del bugiardo quando ho detto che avevo avuto acqua gratuita ogni giorno.
La mancanza di acqua non mi ha dato molto fastidio, è che sono stato mandato in giro in tondo e poi mi hanno detto maleducatamente che mi sbagliavo, anche quando ho fatto notare che avevo ricevuto acqua per 3 giorni di fila. Dopo circa un'ora di tentativi, e con molta, molta sete, le pulizie, che tra l'altro sono state molto amichevoli, mi hanno lasciato 4 piccole bottiglie d'acqua. Se fosse stato un problema delle pulizie, me lo avrebbero potuto dire fin dall'inizio e non ci sarebbe stato alcun problema.
Detto questo, mi sono davvero goduto il mio soggiorno in hotel e a Marrakech stessa.

UUtente ospiteAbsolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

UUtente ospiteSorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking.
This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience.
From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy.
The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout.
The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour.
There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm.
Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels.
We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display.
The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

UUtente ospiteGreat resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away.
Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

FFarahAbbiamo avuto il piacere di rimanere a Riad Jibril durante la nostra visita a Marrakech, e che piacevole esperienza!
Il nostro ospite, Iheb, merita davvero il titolo di una leggenda. Dal momento in cui ci siamo iscritti fino a quando abbiamo iscritto, ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Anche se non può essere un hotel 5-star, ha fornito un'esperienza marocchina unica e autentica che ha superato le nostre aspettative.
Il riad stesso, con la sua architettura tradizionale, era pulito e invitante, e l’accento era senza dubbio la terrazza tranquilla, un’oasi tranquilla lontana dalla ruggine e dalla bustina della medina. Una sera, indulgiamo in sheesha sulla terrazza, un'esperienza piacevole che ci costa solo circa 70 MAD. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di cenare sulla terrazza, dove abbiamo goduto dei deliziosi tag a un prezzo molto ragionevole di 60 MAD ciascuno. Le competenze culinari del cuoco sono state davvero impressionanti. Il colazione servito ogni mattina era tradizionale e domestico!
Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto speciale, l'atmosfera calda e accogliente creata da Iheb e dal personale. Ci sono stati amici anche i due carini residenti, Sofia, la giacca a capelli lunghi, e Leena, la ginepro, che ha aggiunto un altro toccamento di fascino al nostro soggiorno.
La posizione di Riad Jibril era perfetta, e il cammello davanti alla valuta serviva come un eccellente segno; il riad era sulla strada opposta, la seconda porta, rendendo facile trovare. Ci piaceva la sua vicinanza a Kasbah, vicino al Café Zeitun, un luogo preferito per visitare la notte. La terrazza illuminata dal caffè forniva una vista maestosa che rendeva la nostra serata ancora più memorabile.

UUtente ospiteNon abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
