Un soggiorno indimenticabile all'Oberoi di Marrakech: un vero capolavoro di ospitalità Fin dal nostro arrivo all'Oberoi di Marrakech, abbiamo capito di essere in un posto davvero speciale. Siamo stati accolti per nome ovunque. Ogni dettaglio, dalla splendida architettura e dai tranquilli giardini al servizio cordiale, riflette la filosofia Oberoi di perfezione in ogni senso. Siamo rimasti profondamente colpiti dal grazioso upgrade alla Villa Presidenziale, un gesto che ha catturato perfettamente lo spirito dell'ospitalità Oberoi. La villa in sé era oltremodo mozzafiato: riservata, serena e progettata con cura, dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Un sentito ringraziamento a Rohan, il Direttore Generale, la cui leadership e il cui calore sono evidenti in ogni aspetto del resort; ad Arjun, la cui maestria nel cibo e nelle bevande ha trasformato ogni pasto in un'esperienza culinaria; e a Mamdouh, la cui attenzione e cura genuina hanno reso ogni interazione personale. Ciò che distingue davvero l'Oberoi di Marrakech non è solo la sua bellezza, ma anche la sua gente. Ogni membro del team che abbiamo incontrato incarnava la filosofia di Oberoi: cortese, intuitivo e costantemente al di sopra delle aspettative. Anche le richieste più piccole, fatte di persona o via e-mail, hanno ricevuto risposte immediate e premurose. Questo livello di reattività e attenzione è raro, persino tra i migliori hotel del mondo. Come disse una volta il signor Biki Oberoi: ”Gli ospiti possono dimenticare ciò che abbiamo detto, ma non dimenticheranno mai come li abbiamo fatti sentire”. L'Oberoi Marrakech ci ha fatto sentire considerati, apprezzati e sinceramente accuditi. Se ci fosse un modo per dare più di cinque stelle, questo hotel le meriterebbe. L'Oberoi Marrakech non è solo un posto dove soggiornare: è un luogo dove sentirsi ispirati, rigenerati e veramente accuditi. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Mi piace molto questo resort, in particolare il design verde pavone. Mi fa sentire calmo e in pace. Il ritmo dell'hotel è dolce e lento. La prossima volta ci resterò per una settimana. Vale la pena consigliarlo!

Un soggiorno molto piacevole all'hotel Palais Moulay Saïd & Spa. L'hotel è molto pulito, ben tenuto e offre un'atmosfera incantevole e tranquilla. La colazione è eccellente, varia e di altissima qualità. Il personale è accogliente e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

Riad davvero carino, facile da raggiungere, personale cordiale e ci hanno persino offerto del succo di frutta da bere a bordo piscina! Grazie!

Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
