Il cibo è molto delicato e delizioso per cena e colazione.
Uno dei miei migliori hotel Onsen sperimenta con questo hotel. Molto consiglia a coloro che sono interessati al Giappone onsen

UUtente ospiteStayed here 2 days before my Kobe cruise and it was good enough to rebook for another 3 days after we returned. The hotel is quiet new and located on top of the sannomiya station, giving underground access to most trains and shopping malls nearby. It's basically the center of Kobe.
Exits are 1st floor to the street and 2nd floor to station. Reception is 17th floor. Rooms are slightly bigger than most hotels in Japan. Even number room gives you the larger massage machine but room is smaller than odd numbered rooms. These have a smaller massage chair but bigger space and faces the port terminal if you have a cruise ship waiting.
They provide amenities, coffee and tea at 17th floor.
Did not try the breakfast but there is a convenient store on 2nd floor of the station, near the hotel exit - lots if
sandwiches and snacks here. There're hundreds of restaurants and malls underground and you'll get lost most of the time so look for entrance A1 and A2 to get back.
Airport bus from kansai stops 200m away and bus to the airport departs 100m from the station. Most of the highest rated restaurants are not more than 400m from the hotel.
I'll definitely stay here again.

Tthanut07The Location of hotel is very near to Ikuta Shrine and the nightlife of Kitanocho, where is within easy walking distance. The room is clean but too tiny. the bathroom also provided the bathtub. Breakfast is good but not much of choices. Overall, it's good hotel.

UUtente ospiteAMAZING!! Absolutely the best!! It was also a steal to stay in one of the best ryokans there for such a price. Room was nice, the amenities included the traditional tea set, i was also provided the yukata and pyjamas and towels for the onsens. The territory included 5 baths, including 2 outdoor ones, for women, which I tried gladly. It was a very relaxing experience. Most baths included an extended self-care set of face and body care treatments you could use in public areas. My skin and soul felt amazing. I also tried ramen in the ramen restaurant in the hotel - was also left happy!

RRas YenLocation is quite a walk from the station especially with extreme strong wind. The bed is hard with thin pillow, but this hotel offers unlimited drinks (coffee, tea) and FREE breakfast! That got 5 stars plus points from us!

DdcmcszAbout 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby.
Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture.
Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price.

首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。
设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买；
前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

CCasualTravellerIn generale, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e offre una bella vista, che rendeva l’esperienza molto comoda. Tuttavia, mi dispiaceva che le strutture di nuoto richiedessero un ulteriore onere. L'ingresso nel lobby era anche difficile da trovare dalla stazione, ma un soggiorno decente in generale.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio dell'hotel era buono. Il pranzo e il colazione erano forniti come parte del soggiorno. Il cibo era buono per il soggiorno, poiché non ci sono molte opzioni per il cibo a Arima. La maggior parte dei negozi sono chiusi entro pomeriggio. Anche se l'hotel è vecchio, è stato ristrutturato (eccetto il vecchio tappeto in legno) che ha reso il soggiorno più piacevole. Onsen è all'interno e piccolo, quindi dovrà andare in ore con meno persone.

UUtente ospiteLocation is great as it is practically adjacent to the Sannomiya train station. However, there is a major scale construction going on now, right exactly in front of the hotel and if you are not observant, it could easily slip your sight. Also note there are two Tokyu Rei hotels nearby each other and if you are taking a taxi from Shin Kobe station, remember to clearly specify the destination is Sannomiya Tokyu Rei and not the nearby one in Moto Machi which the driver brought us to.
As is typical of most hotels in Japan, even though we had a twin room, space was rather limited and we barely had enough to even open up a medium size luggage bag let alone two.
A big plus point was food options were everywhere and all within walking distance, with many eateries just directly behind the hotel and more as you walk down the main road leading to a row of various restaurants and various eateries for all budgets.
Check-in was of the touch machine kind which is typical of Japan now and staff were at hand to help and guide along.
They were also especially helpful providing useful information as to where to go for a good meal and how to get to other places of interests.
Given the proximity to train station, the food options around and the price we paid, Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei is a good choice for a stay in Kobe.

Mmaymaymay33Un ottimo ostello. Nessun ascensore, quindi dovrai portare il bagaglio almeno 4 voli di scala. Gli asciugamani sono disponibili solo per la noleggio. Non ho visto gran parte del personale. Lo spazio era molto pulito, mi sono fermato per due notti e ci sono solo altre poche persone. Un po' costoso per ciò che è, anche se credo che i prezzi alla fine di dicembre tendano a essere più elevati
