Hotel vicino a Stazione dei treni di Shin Kobe, Kōbe

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso all'Arima Onsen Goshoboh. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ed è stato un tocco davvero speciale avere due poltrone massaggianti in camera! La cena e la tradizionale colazione kaiseki erano piuttosto particolari: alcuni piatti erano un po' troppo specifici per i nostri gusti e non abbiamo assaggiato tutto, ma è stata comunque un'esperienza culinaria interessante nel complesso. Ciò che ci ha davvero colpito è stata la sorpresa per la luna di miele a cena: un dessert presentato in modo impeccabile con una fiamma che rivelava un fiore, con delle graziose statuine all'interno. Ci hanno persino permesso di tenerle come souvenir! Un gesto davvero premuroso e memorabile. Alla fine del nostro soggiorno, l'hotel ci ha gentilmente accompagnati alla fermata dell'autobus, un gesto davvero apprezzato. Nel complesso, un'esperienza fantastica: ci piacerebbe molto tornare!

This is our second time at this hotel. It's a wonderful place with stunning views, a delicious restaurant on the top floor to have breakfast at, located right next to a major train station, and very comfortable rooms with nice amenities. The staff are very attentive and helpful as always. We had a large group and had a misunderstanding regarding the amount of beds in each room, but we made do since it's what was available and we were only there for a night. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Kobe.

Posizione eccellente, lo consiglio vivamente! A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR, vicino a un minimarket e con autobus diretti per l'aeroporto nelle vicinanze, rendendo gli spostamenti estremamente comodi. Il ristorante ”Sannomiya Niku Gekijo” al piano terra è delizioso. Le camere comunicanti sono spaziose e confortevoli, perfette per le famiglie. Considerando la sua comoda posizione e i servizi circostanti, offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo ed è la scelta migliore per soggiornare a Kobe.

Overall, our stay was good, especially the location. The room is a bit old but still well maintained. However, we were not happy with one aspect of the service. A staff member (possibly a manager or senior from the F&B team) was not very professional and came across as quite rude. He physically blocked us from entering the breakfast area without listening to our explanation. We clearly mentioned that our friend was already inside and had a table, and we were just trying to confirm the table number. However, he insisted we go to Level 1 for breakfast and did not allow us to explain further. We had to go back and forth between the lift, trying to contact our friend, which was quite frustrating. Only after we showed him a photo did he finally allow us to enter. What surprised us most was that the restaurant was actually quite empty, with many available tables. We don’t understand why we were told it was full and asked to go elsewhere. We hope the hotel can improve staff communication and professionalism to avoid similar situations in the future.

Not sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

La posizione è grande, poiché è praticamente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Sannomiya. Si noti anche che ci sono due hotel Tokyu Rei vicino l'uno all'altro e se si prende un taxi dalla stazione Shin Kobe, ricordate di specificare chiaramente la destinazione è Sannomiya Tokyu Rei e non la vicina a Moto Machi a cui il conducente ci ha portato. Come è tipico della maggior parte degli hotel in Giappone, anche se avevamo una camera gemella, lo spazio era piuttosto limitato e quasi non avevamo abbastanza per aprire anche un bagaglio di dimensioni medie, lasciando solo due. Un grande punto più è stato le opzioni alimentari erano ovunque e tutti in distanza di passeggiata, con molti cibi proprio dietro l'hotel e più mentre si cammina sulla strada principale portando a una serie di ristoranti e cibi diversi per tutti i bilanci. Il check-in era di tipo toccante, che è tipico del Giappone ora, e il personale era in mano per aiutare e guidare. Sono stati inoltre particolarmente utili a fornire informazioni utili su dove andare a un buon pasto e come raggiungere altri luoghi di interesse. Data la vicinanza alla stazione di treno, le opzioni alimentari intorno e il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei è una buona scelta per un soggiorno a Kobe.

Perfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.

Hotel comodo, vicino a Kobe Harborland, la parte caratteristica con la splendida baia, si arriva con una buona passeggiata. L'hotel si presentasi bene, il personale alla reception ti aiuta in tutto. Mi ha dato una mano per prenotare taxi e bus per Okayama dove dovevamo trsferirci telefonando direttamente. Le stanze sono piccolissime ma dotate di tutto il neccessario. Biancheria ottima e pulita. Il bagno e piccolo ma è comodo. C'è tutto in pochissimo spazio.
