Hotel vicino a Cattedrale Tsminda Sameba (Santa Trinità), Tbilisi

L'hotel è convenientemente situato al centro e alle linee di autobus. Ci sono stati alcuni piccoli errori che l'hotel ha cercato di correggere come una stanza troppo calda, l'acqua fuga da immersione, nessuna tovagliola. Una volta che era tutto ordinato, era ok. Non abbiamo pagato per il colazione perché era piuttosto costoso, quindi non posso commentare.

One of the best hotel chains. I love that it is green and environmentally conscious. They have water towers on every floor and jugs in the room to get water. Beds are really soft and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has a lot of unique decor and lots of areas for you to sit. You can get free tea and coffee downstairs. This hotel was near all the areas you need and easy to walk where needed. Definitely recommend.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che questo hotel è vicino a Rustaveli, con diversi autobus che vanno e vengono da Piazza della Libertà e dalla città vecchia. È anche comodo per Avlobari, da cui partono molte gite di un giorno. Le camere sono eccellenti! Pulite, spaziose e ben arredate. Ci sono molti voli che arrivano a Tbilisi la mattina presto, tieni presente che puoi inserire un'opzione di check-in dalle 00:00 alle 06:00 in modo da poter fare un pisolino non appena arrivi dall'aeroporto. Non posso davvero lamentarmi di questa proprietà, centrale, comoda e con molti negozi nelle vicinanze. Non è nella città vecchia, quindi il prezzo è un bonus per quello che è.

E' stata un'esperienza disturbante durante la mia 6a visita a Tbilisi. 1. Non è facile trovare un'entrata perché il nome dell'hotel è posto su un altro lato dell'edificio e la porta d'ingresso non è contrassegnata da alcun segno con il nome dell'hotel 2. Il personale non è amichevole o sostenitore.Ho fatto un check-in per lasciare la valigia e non ho chiesto di fornire una stanza come aveva previsto.Ci sono stati due ragazzi alla reception che mi trattavano. Sono tornato all'hotel alle 7:00, i miei doc erano sul desk e potevo vederli mentre il ricevitore non poteva trovarli e chiedendo di firmare i doc che sono stati firmati la mattina. Non poteva spiegarmi se c'era un ascensore (cercavo di parlare sia inglese che russo) e ho avuto un forte senso che si trova sotto qualche *****. 3. C'è un ristorante al primo piano con musica molto alta. Ho prenotato una stanza con un bel balcone ma dovevo chiedere di cambiarla come non poteva riposare a causa della musica. Quando sono arrivato alla reception, mi è stato detto che la musica si ferma alle 11 pm, ma vado a dormire alle 9-10 pm e ho bisogno di un'atmosfera tranquilla (non è menzionato da nessuna parte sulla musica). Nessun balcone, 2 letti singoli invece di una doppia. Una ciambella in bagno. Quindi non era un cambio equo (non ero nemmeno pronto a pagare più per una stanza migliore, ma il personale non è appoggiato). 4. Il colazione è bello e il cameriere nel ristorante è molto bello e amichevole (l'unica persona bello che ho incontrato all'hotel)

Zona tranquilla, camera pulita e spaziosa. Ottima pressione dell'acqua per la doccia calda, un vantaggio non indifferente durante un soggiorno invernale.

La mia prima esperienza in un capsule hotel. Questo è per una o due notti. È vicino al centro ed è abbastanza pulito. È tranquillo di notte. C'è un negozio Spar nelle vicinanze. C'è uno spazio di coworking. Le lenzuola sono pulite e i cuscini sono nuovi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
