Fantastico
IIgalHo avuto un soggiorno incredibile al Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel come un lavoro e un tempo libero di miscelazione da solo. La posizione è perfettamente situata a Tbilisi, a pochi passi dalla Tbilisi Opera e Ballet Theatre e dal Museo Nazionale Georgiano, rendendolo ideale per esplorare la città. La stanza era ben attrezzata con un comodo ufficio perfetto per il lavoro. Il servizio era eccellente, con personale attento e amichevole che mi facevano sentire a casa. Questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visita Tbilisi!

UUtente ospiteDavvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che questo hotel è vicino a Rustaveli, con diversi autobus che vanno e vengono da Piazza della Libertà e dalla città vecchia. È anche comodo per Avlobari, da cui partono molte gite di un giorno. Le camere sono eccellenti! Pulite, spaziose e ben arredate. Ci sono molti voli che arrivano a Tbilisi la mattina presto, tieni presente che puoi inserire un'opzione di check-in dalle 00:00 alle 06:00 in modo da poter fare un pisolino non appena arrivi dall'aeroporto. Non posso davvero lamentarmi di questa proprietà, centrale, comoda e con molti negozi nelle vicinanze. Non è nella città vecchia, quindi il prezzo è un bonus per quello che è.

The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

Il personale della reception dell'hotel è così amichevole, accogliente e molto utile e professionale non è troppo piccolo. Si può contare su di loro 100%. Le camere sono molto pulite, confortevoli e calde soprattutto questo mese. Le camere sono dotate di te' e caffè e di frigo, se avete i vostri oggetti.Il personale di custodia è attento e amichevole e fa un ottimo lavoro per mantenere la vostra stanza pulita e completamente arredata. Infine, questo hotel offre un colazione a buffet, così come, ancora una volta, mi consiglio molto con una vasta gamma di cibi e frutta e pasticceria a disposizione e cibo cotto tutti di alta qualità. È un piacere mangiare colazione in una zona di ristorante affascinante con un sacco di tè, caffè e succo di frutta.Il personale è molto utile e rende la vostra colazione un buon inizio per la vostra giornata. Consigliavo molto questo hotel e resterò lì di nuovo a dicembre per un breve viaggio di Natale. È sempre un piacere e triste lasciare quando il viaggio è finito.

VViacheslav MitinLa mia prima esperienza in un capsule hotel. Questo è per una o due notti. È vicino al centro ed è abbastanza pulito. È tranquillo di notte. C'è un negozio Spar nelle vicinanze. C'è uno spazio di coworking. Le lenzuola sono pulite e i cuscini sono nuovi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

UUtente ospiteI stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable …
The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not.
The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
