Reception cordiale, parcheggio e camera spaziosi, ampia scelta per la colazione a buffet! Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno! Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Buona posizione e servizio, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Atocha. A pochi passi dal Museo del Prado e dal Parco del Retiro

La camera è spaziosa, pulita e ci hanno offerto una deliziosa cioccolata calda in polvere! La posizione era vicina a molte fermate dell'autobus, il che lo rendeva molto comodo per raggiungere il centro, ma comunque a circa 20-30 minuti di autobus. Il personale è cordiale e nel complesso ci siamo goduti il ​​soggiorno!

La reception era completamente automatizzata; ho pagato la caparra via email e ho sbloccato la camera con un PIN. La camera aveva una cucina con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca. A Madrid, compravamo quasi sempre il cibo al supermercato e cucinavamo in hotel, il che è stato fantastico e ci ha fatto risparmiare un sacco di soldi.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

Facile da raggiungere, non lontano da tutti i posti che vuoi vedere a Madrid, pulito e abbastanza amichevole

È ottimo! Le persone sono gentili e il letto è pulito! Ci sono anche le tende che ci garantiscono la privacy.

Allora, posizione ottima, molto ottima. Al centro e vicino tutto, plaza mayor. Servizi ok, quello che serve, mancava il dono per capelli ma fa niente. Soggiorno positivo.
