Questo fine settimana, ho scelto l'hotel stagionale di Xiaozhou. Nel momento in cui entrava la porta, era guarita a legno caldo + biancheria e luce, come se entrasse in una camera da letto tranquilla, senza decorazioni di biancheria, ma in tutto il mondo con un senso di qualità. La stanza è pulita fino a che l'aria è molto fresca. Non c'è sapore comune dell'hotel. Voglio respirare profondamente prima di mettere il bagaglio.
Dispositivi: configurare un caldo confortevole e caldo completo, da intimità a dettagli molto perfetti,
• La TV può schermata, la tragedia e il cinema sono molto conveniente
• Il letto ha un caricatore USB, e il sedile del desktop è più che il tuo dispositivo non è completamente utilizzato
• I IQ sono piegati con la luce, e la cute è molto amichevole
• Ventilatore ad alta potenza + rimorchio di fondo del serbatoio, dettaglio pieno
• Piccolo frigorifero + confezionamento di forno, non essere troppo gentile dopo aver finito il tazzale di tè
Servizio: l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio della reception è caldo e non interrompe
La signorina della ricetta gestisce il soggiorno molto efficace e ricorda l'ora del colazione; vorrei un altro pomeriggio, e un telefono per cinque minuti; quando ho lasciato la stanza, ho anche consigliato il caffè vicino, anche le bevande di segno sono scritte sul segno, che è solo ”lubrificante e silenzioso”.
💡 Riassunto: non è il tipo di hotel di lusso di oro e argento per tutta la stagione, ma rendendo comodo e pratico una ”casa esterna” estremamente grande.Quando viaggiate, posso stare qui, sia efficiente, sia rilassarmi completamente. La prossima volta lo scelgo!Distanza tra il panorama notturno di Yanqiang 🌃 è anche molto vicina al posto di vista.

Il parcheggio dell'hotel è particolarmente conveniente. Ci sono garage sotterraneo speciale. L'ambiente dell'hotel è anche molto buono. Location was pretty far from alot of tourists spots such as west lake and in77 and more ,, 90% of the spots was at least a 25 mins ride by didi. But im fine with that as since its pretty far from city area, it's quiet so its pretty peaceful.
But to my horror, halfway through my 5 nights trip , during midnight, the aircon started producing hot air. Feedbacked to the staffs about this issue, and the solution they gave was to open the window. Meaning, the only barrier from the inside of our room to the outside air was just the window curtain. Staff then offered to send up a fan , which I appreciated but it was loud, hindering our sleep processes and it wasn't as strong as expected. I then called the front desk around 1am to feedback and the next solution they gave was to off the air con as hangzhou weather is chilly. Then what was the point of me booking a hotel in the first place if they cant even provide the most basic amenity, air conditioning.
Understand that this issue was out of the front of house staffs control. However im sure I am not the only one who bought up this issue, i think staffs can have a better way of service recovery / issue handling plan. I dont think there should only be one solution to problems being bought up by different guests.
As a long staying guest staying over for 5 nights, i believe i should've been told about this issue during check in. ( asked the staff when would this issue be fixed, and the answer i got was 2-3 weeks later ) or prior to even booking this hotel. Spoke fluent mandarin throughout the check in process yet was not even being told of this issue.
入住酒店过后才知道酒店空调都是统一制热的，跟工作人员反馈了一下得到的方案却是开窗. 怎么开窗呢 空气里那么多灰尘以及超浓的烟味 怎么开？不能每个提出这个问题的顾客都得到这样统一的答案吧 (前1/2夜 还能忍。后来实在忍不了了才向工作人员提出问题 因为真的很热 空调出的气都是热的) 后来送来了电风扇 (感谢) 但很吵啊 令人难以入眠. 打电话给了前台 然后送出的另一个方案竟然是关掉空调 理由是杭州天气挺凉的，那如果不使用空调的话 那我们一开始订酒店干嘛? 我理解这并不是工作人员范围内能解决的问题 但我认为解决方案得给的更理智一点 不能用同样的方案来概括所有反馈问题的顾客. 身为入住5天的顾客 我也认为我们有被提前通知的权利 哪怕到了前台办理入住时也同样该有被通知的权利 好让顾客有心里准备 而不是半夜被热到睡不着时向你们反映然后得到的方案和答案都显得很敷衍.

SSuehiiMi è piaciuta la hall ampia e non troppo affollata.
Questo Mercure di Hangzhou ha personale molto disponibile. Vedo che la reception fa un sacco di cose, ad esempio ritira la biancheria se l'ospite non è presente, raddoppia la cottura al bancone dei noodles per la colazione.
I miei amici hanno trovato un odore sgradevole nel bagno, ma comunque sopportabile.
Nel complesso, consiglierei questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Innanzitutto, il servizio alla reception è stato eccellente; mi hanno chiamato in anticipo per chiedere l'orario approssimativo del mio check-in. La camera era spaziosa per due persone e il materasso aveva la giusta rigidità; mi sono sentito a mio agio il giorno dopo. La zona intorno all'hotel è piuttosto vivace, il che rende facile trovare cibo e i trasporti sono relativamente comodi. Se avrò l'opportunità di soggiornare di nuovo, spero che sia come sempre.
Un piccolo suggerimento: personalmente ho trovato l'avviso accanto all'interruttore dell'aria condizionata un po' fuorviante.

YYorkshireIl personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

In attesa del check-in, siamo andati al caffè di lobby della ”beef birdie”, il nostro ospite, il giovane e aggressivo Jack Wan, era molto benvenuto, forniva un servizio sincero e attento, era molto diligente nel suo lavoro, che era davvero lodevole! JJess Tang HSL'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione. Ho apprezzato la posizione comoda, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest e alla via dello shopping. Da amanti del tè, sarebbe stato meraviglioso tornare nelle foreste di latifoglie con i loro aceri rossi e i ginkgo giallo brillante che esaltavano i colori autunnali, circondando le piantagioni di tè Longjing (Pozzo del Drago) curate nei minimi dettagli, immerse nella tranquillità delle colline, così vicine al resort – proprio di fronte, dall'altra parte della strada, per la precisione!
Tuttavia, la gioia del nostro viaggio è stata amplificata dal soggiorno al Landison. Il personale è stato assolutamente fantastico! Un servizio eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie all'aiuto di un traduttore telefonico, Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (spero che il suo nome sia scritto correttamente!) e Chris ci hanno offerto un'assistenza paziente, attenta e scrupolosa, dimostrando premura e calore, rispondendo con attenzione alle nostre numerose domande quotidiane su dove andare, cosa fare, come arrivare e tornare indietro. (Siamo stati entusiasti di utilizzare l'eccellente rete di trasporti pubblici a Hangzhou e dintorni. L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata di due linee principali. Questi autobus ci hanno permesso di raggiungere facilmente altre linee principali e gran parte del resto della città.) Il personale ci ha anche consigliato dove acquistare dell'ottimo tè, che si è rivelato essere proprio in hotel, oltre che in altre deliziose sale da tè nelle vicinanze!
Il menù della colazione del Landison, incluso nella nostra prenotazione, è rimasto invariato per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno e non ci ha mai deluso. Ogni giorno abbiamo gustato un'ampia selezione di cibi deliziosi e squisiti, tra cui frutta fresca, verdura, piatti a base di uova preparati in diversi modi, riso, dim sum, pasticcini e il nostro piatto preferito di ogni giorno: una fumante ciotola di noodles, preparati al momento dallo chef che si trovava dietro la variegata selezione di noodles e condimenti! C'era così tanta cucina vegetariana fresca, deliziosa e interessante che non riusciamo a elencare tutti i piatti dell'ampio buffet.
Il personale di sala è stato assolutamente incredibile, con la sua attenzione raffinata, scrupolosa e completa. Il responsabile di sala Xu è diventato un nostro caro e indimenticabile amico, offrendoci dolcezza, premura e conforto personali durante tutta la nostra visita. Non potemmo fare a meno di sentirci dispiaciuti quando non la vedemmo il giorno prima della partenza. Quando tornammo in hotel la sera e la scorgemmo attraverso la finestra della sala da pranzo, entrammo per salutarla e si creò una connessione magica, di quelle che solo i viaggi intorno al mondo possono offrire, quando la distanza tra due culture così diverse scompare sotto il bagliore della gentilezza, del calore e della connessione umana. Ci ha regalato una gioia così straordinaria che ci è dispiaciuto molto doverla salutare. Quando tradusse dal suo cellulare ”non vediamo l'ora di rivedervi”, sorridemmo ampiamente e annuimmo con speranza in segno di assenso.
Tra i piacevoli extra, ci fu la consegna serale di una delicata e nutriente zuppa di funghi bianchi per riscaldarci e aiutarci a dormire, una specialità della struttura. Era gustosa e nutriente ogni giorno! Il personale delle pulizie era affabile e cordiale, riconoscendo e apprezzando reciprocamente il rapporto umano!
Inoltre, il personale del parcheggio ci ha accolto con allegria e gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno.
Il nostro straordinario soggiorno al Landison è stato un'esperienza che ha messo in luce gli immensi benefici del viaggiare per il mondo, dove le barriere delle preoccupazioni e delle tensioni quotidiane possono svanire o addirittura scomparire, lasciando spazio a un'immersione profonda e trasformativa in un tempo e in un luogo diversi da quelli a cui siamo abituati. Un'esperienza in cui ci si rende conto che, sebbene tempo e luogo possano differire considerevolmente e offrire numerosi stimoli positivi per un cambiamento significativo, il cuore e la mente umana sono indissolubilmente legati da un desiderio reciproco di felicità, benessere, sicurezza, espressione e connessione, in qualunque modo ciò si manifesti nelle sue infinite forme. FFabrice TricoireThis hotel certainly « has been » of high standards. But the room we were in was providing a 80’s look and functionalities. And although they seem to refurbish some rooms (we can hear the workers and tools and hammers during the day!), the rest of the hotel is in same condition, that does not justify the price, or this is a fare on the high side just because of the location?
As an example, see picture attached that is representative of the condition of some furnitures (this is in the restaurant). Definitely this hotel « has been » and would deserve a complete revamping / refurbishment to justify the price in Hangzhou.

La camera era molto spaziosa, la biancheria da letto era pulita, la trapunta era molto confortevole, l'acqua calda era sufficiente e la stanza è stato pulito in modo tempestivo.
