Un indimenticabile soggiorno di Capodanno al Central Coast Sea View Hotel di Sanya Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti incredibili al Central Coast Sea View Hotel di Sanya (31 dicembre - 4 gennaio), ed è stato il modo perfetto per salutare il nuovo anno. Fin dal nostro arrivo, sapevamo che ci aspettava qualcosa di speciale. La nostra camera era assolutamente fantastica (Smart suite): spaziosa, arredata con gusto e con una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano che rendeva ogni mattina un piacere. L'intera esperienza in hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative, con un servizio di alto livello costante durante tutto il soggiorno. Una menzione speciale va a Levi, del team della reception, che è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Anche il banco escursioni merita un elogio per la sua eccezionale assistenza nell'aiutarci a sfruttare al meglio il nostro soggiorno a Sanya. La posizione dell'hotel è un altro grande vantaggio: è comodamente vicino a numerosi negozi e al Sanya One Mall, nella baia di Sanya, il che rende facile esplorare la zona e fare shopping ogni volta che lo desideravamo. I servizi dell'hotel erano fantastici. Con due piscine e una piscina a sfioro mozzafiato. La piscina a sfioro, in particolare, ha offerto un'esperienza ipnotica con la sua vista mozzafiato. L'area giochi per bambini era meravigliosa: mia figlia l'ha adorata e ha trascorso ore a divertirsi. È stata una festa di Capodanno davvero memorabile e non avremmo potuto desiderare un posto migliore per creare questi speciali ricordi di famiglia. Our stay at JW Marriott turned out to be a truly unforgettable and deeply touching experience. During our stay, it happened to be our baby’s second birthday. Sharry prepared a birthday surprise for us that went far beyond anything we expected. It was not just a simple room decoration, but a genuine celebration of a child’s growth, done with real care and heart. The room was beautifully decorated, but what moved me the most was this: almost all hotel staff personally wrote handwritten birthday wishes for our baby, folded each note into a heart, and placed them together in a glass bottle. Seeing that bottle filled with so many handwritten messages from different people was incredibly touching. It wasn’t just five-star service — it was warmth, sincerity, and human connection. What made this experience even more special was that Sharry learned we had stayed at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand, in October last year, and that our wonderful experience there was the reason we chose the JW Marriott brand again. After hearing this, she went the extra mile and coordinated with the team in Thailand to record a birthday greeting video for our daughter. Receiving birthday wishes months later from familiar faces we had met before, from another country, was incredibly emotional and meaningful for us. It truly showed a level of care and connection that is very rare. The hotel also prepared a birthday cake for our baby, and the next day surprised us again with a lovely animal-themed cake. The care didn’t stop at one moment; it continued throughout our stay. In addition, our room was upgraded, and during the entire stay, Sharry checked in with us daily about our experience, always attentive but never intrusive. This kind of thoughtful, genuine service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. Objective feedback: • The sound insulation of the room door is not very strong, and corridor noise can be noticeable • Breakfast is average, without many highlights • It would be great if the breakfast area could include clear allergen labeling, which would be very helpful for guests with food allergies • The hotel feels more business-oriented and mature in style, and the overall resort atmosphere is not particularly strong Overall, this is a hotel with solid facilities and exceptionally warm, thoughtful service. The sincere, unrequested, and carefully executed details made this stay truly special and memorable.

L'esperienza generale è stata piuttosto buona, la suite aveva un ambiente eccellente. Non mi sentivo bene e il maggiordomo è stato molto premuroso, la camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva anche una vista fantastica, affacciandosi sull'area pubblica del Marriott. A parte il rumore proveniente dalle numerose auto che andavano e venivano dalle due proprietà di fronte, tutto il resto ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

Dopo l'errore nell'assegnazione della stanza, il giorno dopo la reception di è scusata riservandoci la stanza da noi prenotata. Abbiamo dormito 5 notti. Il personale è gentile e educato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene . L'isola è molto accogliente e l' hotel è davvero un posto incantevole. Sembra di stare in un hotel a 5 stelle. Colazione abbondante, piscina calda aperta fino a tarda sera. Se dovessimo tornare a Sanya sicuramente verremo in questo hotel.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e il personale è gentile. Una menzione speciale alla receptionist Cynthia, molto disponibile. La camera è bella, la vista è bella e si può raggiungere la città con una golf car. Il consiglio che darei all'hotel è di arricchire il buffet della colazione con opzioni halal e varietà.

Molto confortevole. La colazione è ottima. Il personale è il massimo! Grazie!
