Hotel vicino a Parco Calligraphy Greenway, Taichung

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

Ho avuto la fortuna di vivere tutta questa zona da sola con un altro ospite che se ne andava quando sono arrivato e un altro ospite che se ne andava.In Cina, questo ospite avrebbe ospitato confortevolmente 100 bagni. L'acqua di primavera non è alta in tenore di zolfo (non puzza come uova rosse), e la temperatura è relativamente leggera - ideale per la mia famiglia. Ho il senso che le tariffe delle camere sono controllate per ottimizzare l'esperienza degli ospiti, non profitti, mentre il personale è addestrato per garantire che i clienti non si sentano mai come si stanno rimuovendo o “vendendo”. Inizialmente ho prenotato 2 camere, e alcuni dei miei familiari non potevano fare il viaggio. Non avevamo bisogno della seconda camera, e il personale era molto grazioso per restituire e cancellare la seconda camera in loco. Quando torno a Taiwan o viaggio in un luogo dove Hoshinoya fa affari, non esitarei a prenotare di nuovo e fare un viaggio speciale per rimanere in uno dei loro siti di destinazione.

Molto bello hotel.Il personale era cortese.C'è un KFC vicino all'hotel e un mart familiare vicino.All'esterno dell'hotel, puoi prendere l'autobus no.5 alla stazione di tachung.In generale sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno lì.

The room is as described and shown on the pictures. I gave a 4 for cleanliness as on first night, I found hairs on the bed & a hole on the bath towel. I reported to the staff via LINE (in Taiwan they use mainly LINE to communicate). They quickly took action and offered to change the bedsheets and clean the room. As I stayed for a week, they scheduled a housekeeping on day 4 of my stay. The soundproofing is not the best but if needed earplugs are provided in the room. It was the winter in Taiwan when I was there so having a hot shower is important and the hot water is available. I like that there is water dispenser at each room level, rubbish and recycling bins are located outside so it is convenient. The location of the inn is about 15 minutes walk from the Taichung Train Station. If you are carrying large luggage, advise to take a Uber. It is near to 一中街 (yizhong street) where you can find many shops, food, etc. From the inn, cutting through the open space carpark, you will be at the shopping area. As a female solo traveller, at the start I was a bit concerned of the location of the inn. The entrance to the inn is in a alley, next to a bistro bar. You need the access card to enter the inn so that is find, just make sure it is lock after you enter. The front desk only operates from 11 am - 10:30 pm. There is an emergency hotline number to call for afterhour service. Using LINE to communicate with them is easy. There's a cafe next to the inn where you can have breakfast with discount by showing your room card. If you want to travel to places, there are many buses. If not, it is easy to get Uber. For first time traveller to Taichung, he/she will not be aware that toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl, so it is good to have a sign to show that. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price, it is value for money.

Il servizio è eccellente per tutti i dipendenti; tutti sorridenti e pronti ad aiutare. I pasti gratuiti erano come un bonus e Dio inviato come alcuni giorni abbiamo avuto troppo occupato con il nostro itinerario e non avevamo tempo per mangiare, quindi andiamo a cena all'hotel. anche se il menu era lo stesso Ogni giorno, non ci importava perché la qualità era abbastanza decente e ci erano varietà. My stay at T-hotel in Taichung was a breeze. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

Buona dimensione della camera. Buona varietà di colazione soprattutto il miscelatore di succo di frutta. Il mio bambino ama la sala da gioco. Ho la camera da bagno anche se stavo cercando la camera da giacconi. Prendi atto che la piscina non esiste a meno che non prenoti la stanza giusta.
