Hotel Mitsui Garden a Kyoto

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city. My room was large, clean, and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel molto elegante in una posizione conveniente. Camminabile a Gion o Pontocho. Colazione grande con la vostra scelta principale. Grande bagno e sauna all'interno dell'hotel. Camera spaziale secondo le norme giapponesi. Il personale è amichevole e utile.

In generale, mi piaceva davvero l'hotel! La posizione è molto conveniente vicino a dove volevamo andare. La stanza era pulita e il design era minimo ma elegante, che io amavo davvero. Hanno anche una casa di bagno rilassante, che era un bel bonus. Una delle mie cose preferite è che la TV in camera può collegare direttamente al mio telefono così conveniente! C'è stato tuttavia un problema. Il mio amico ha perso un collo, e si sentiva come se il personale non si fosse comunicato bene, e non sembrava che fosse stato trasmesso alcun rapporto o messaggio, perché ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto, dovevamo spiegare tutto fin dall'inizio. E' stato un po' frustrante. Spero davvero che il collo sia trovato contattaci il prima possibile se è! Tutto questo è da me. In generale, ancora un buon soggiorno!

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is nicely located in the mid of all the tourist spots so we can walk to most. The only complain I have is that the window of our room is tinted white and we cannot open it or see outside. It would be nice to have a real window to not feel so trapped inside the room.

This hotel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood. Walking around the area is very comfortable. Close to a lot of good restaurants. The hotel is very well taken care of, very clean and functional. Lots of good design details and good privacy with security doors that require keycard to open. The breakfast is very good. Good combination of veggies, fruit and cookies for buffet selection, and you can also order a main dish like noodles and toast. Good room size and comfortable bed. I will highly recommend it to my friends.

Best hotel in Japan I’ve ever stayed so far, and this is my fifth trip in 12 months. Excellent location, spacious rooms with super attentive, polite and helpful front desk + concierge staffs whose restaurants recommendations were spot on! Definitely recommend! P/s: the breakfast buffet unfortunately lacked variety (same variety) and was not delicious, and the pillows were not comfortable enough for me.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent – from the comfortable room to the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location is simply perfect, close to all the main attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
