Hotel super pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare le maggiori attrazioni di Kyoto. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, dotata di molti kit di cortesia fra cui anche una maschera per il viso e vari snack gratuiti che venivano cambiati ogni 3 giorni. Un ottimo soggiorno che mi sento di consigliare a chiunque. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile.

My wife and I booked the Classic Room for 3 nights in April 2025. We thought this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are welcomed by the hotel staff. You leave your bags with them and you walk up to a separate reception area where you are seated and offered tea and macarons. Check in is conducted while you sip your tea. After you get your keys, you go up to your room and your luggage bags are already there. We were very impressed by the reception. The room itself is fairly sizeable and offers a cabinet of Fauchon snacks. We had a good view of the alley behind the hotel that was lined with Sakura trees. We could also see the mountains in the distance. The location of the hotel is also great. It is located about a 5-10 minutes walk from downtown Kyoto and about a 5 minutes walk to Kiyomizu-gojo station. We also had breakfast which included a free flow selection of bread and pastries like French croissant, baguette and brioche. You also get a fruit plate, salad, and omelette. If you stay for more than 1 night, you also get a premium breakfast menu for your 2nd night onwards. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Kyoto.

I had an excellent stay at Fauchon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The hotel staff were also incredibly attentive and polite throughout our stay. My room was small but comfortable, featuring modern and luxurious amenities that were stylishly pink in colour and comfortable bedding. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with thoughtful touches including a whole array of complimentary cookies and cake. Breakfast was served as a set menu and selection was limited and basic but expertly prepared and presented. The hotel's location was also perfect for me because it is situated right in the heart of Kyoto yet away from the crowded spots with excellent access to public transportation. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, the nearest train station is about 10 mins walk and the hotel is approx 15 mins walk to Kawaramachi Street (shopping area). Just behind our hotel is the river and all the restaurants. Our room has the mountain view.

This luxury boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is impressive. Every aspect of the guest experience has been thought through. From check-in to check-out, we felt like VIPs. The room was as beautiful as it was comfortable. Food at the Geand Café was spectacular. Perfect location, with several several buses stopping right in front of the hotel, making exploring Kyoto very convenient. Short walk to Gion and other interesting areas. The only area for inprovement would be offering a wider selection for breakfast. It was excellent, but we wished there were additional options. Will return next time I’m in Kyoto!

The room is bigger than average in Japan. Have comfortable bed and pillows. Miss Kana is very helpful and attentive.

Staff is nice and polite, room is clean and silent. Good experience.

亞洲唯一，世界唯二！由始創於1886年的法國百年高級餐廳FAUCHON馥頌繼巴黎之後打造的全球第二家品牌同名精品酒店。酒店同時也是The Leading Hotels of the World立鼎世全球豪華獨立酒店聯盟成員。酒店設計上沿襲了品牌DNA與法式的浪漫，同時又融入了日式的典雅。一層的精品店不僅有咖啡、甜品，還有各種精美的伴手禮。位置還算不錯，雖然不在商業區內，但離各大商業區和景點都不遠，步行15-20都可以到達。CHECK IN時有歡迎茶和馬卡龍。前台的工作人員會詳細介紹酒店和周邊的景點。房間內還贈送了各種零食和馬卡龍，還有一個帆布袋。二層有個小型的健身房，沒有泳池。早餐在十層，是定食套餐，味道還不錯，特別是可頌非常好吃。各部門的服務都非常的熱情周到！

丁寧にチェックインとアウトを案内頂いた。 滞在中も挨拶して頂くなどホスピタリティを感じました。1点気になった点として、バーにも伺ったのですが、最初お持ち頂いたメニューがワインメニューのみで少し困惑しました。こちらが確認しないとフードとカクテルメニューを持ってきて頂けなかったので、気を付けて頂けますと幸いです。

整個京都的行程三天都住在這家酒店，酒店位置還不錯，走到鴨川邊上幾分鐘，高島屋步行大概十分鐘？散散步就到了。 早餐品種跟國內沒得比，麪包做得蠻好的，在大阪高島屋還看見了他家烘焙房。 房間面積在日本算很大了，衞生也還可以，戴森吹風，送了面膜，美白款敏感肌慎用。 minibar送了很多小餅乾果子，味道還可以。沒有瓶裝水，説是水龍頭是直飲水衹能燒水喝，水龍頭的水流較小，但是淋浴水壓是夠的。

跟媽咪的girls’ trip~訂稍大一些的房型，空間感很舒適，粉色主題的法式裝潢但在天花板、床頭、廁所門都用上金箔元素來呼應京都這古老充滿蘊含的美麗城市⋯。服務人員很熱心助人，會主動提供幫忙協助！ 早餐很不錯，雖然下了一點小雨但坐在窗戶邊跟媽媽享受了很棒的早晨～ 送的環保袋很可愛實用，繪畫是京都，有機會再來京都，這裡一定是第一選擇

強推！強推！強推！ 強烈推薦這家酒店，來京都首先！！！ 1、服務好，美女前台迎接我們到2樓休息坐下辦理入住，期間提供茶水、毛巾、點心，入住時候耐心確認訊息，非常熱情真誠，笑臉相迎送到電梯口。房間裏免費贈送一堆零食，特別是還送一個帆布包做紀念，非常闊氣，這是在日本旅遊9天當中服務最滿意的酒店。 2、房間設施齊全，客廳空間很大，淋浴間、洗手間、洗臉枱非常大氣，裝修很粉粉的那種小女人的精緻感，住了2晚，每天都給足了洗漱用品，看得出酒店很注重客人體驗和感受。 3、交通非常方便，酒店後面就是鴨川，順着鴨川走上去就是二條三條，還有清水寺，不需要交通前往，如果要去八阪神社、花見小路也很近，酒店大門口就是公交站可以直接去京都火車站實在太方便了。 4、情緒價值拉滿。
