Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

Amore questo hotel dal momento in cui sono entrato, un ambiente magnifico, un grande servizio alla reception! La stanza è costosa per una persona, ma vale ogni penny. Non importa quanto tempo dura il soggiorno, una stanza è autorizzata ad un'unica volta l'uso gratuito di onsen privato (dopo che è pagato) per 45 minuti. Ci sono onsen pubblici liberi accanto a esso. Le classi Yoga sono disponibili per iscriversi a pagamento. Sci shop Rhythm e Afuri ramen sembrano grandi, ma non ho avuto la possibilità di visitare. Scorte di sci disponibili ma non pratiche per chi affitta, perché è necessario portare il pesante materiale indietro e fuori dalla base sciistica all'hotel (10min di cammino su montagna o prendere shuttle gratuito). L'hotel apt stile è ben attrezzato con frigorifero, microonde, immersione, lavatrice-siccatore, lavatrice. La colazione è grande! La toletta e la camera è spaziosa e il letto è buono. Tornerei!!! Le famiglie preferite sono quelle con interesse misto oltre a sci/snowboard.

In febbraio 2023, vivevo nel mezzo della stagione sciistica.Rispetto all'hotel circostante, l'aspetto sembrava caldo costruito durante il periodo di abbattimento. La grande piscina pubblica è calda e ha una piscina aperta.Ci sono molte persone nella stagione sciistica, ma la camera da letto è grande, quindi posso lavarmi una salsa leggera.Il cibo è un buffet, ma è più autentico, la donna e il biff sono deliziosi.Questo è oltre le mie aspettative. La risposta del personale cattivo (soprattutto del ricevitore) è delicata.Anche quando si tratta di procedure di imbarco, il numero di clienti è molto alto, e il responsabile ha solo 1-2 nomi.Inoltre, ci sono molti inglesi/ cinesi, ma ci sono molti dipendenti, e ci vuole tempo per rispondere. La nostra famiglia è rimasta a Ki Niseko per 3 notti all'inizio di gennaio 2024...one delle nostre migliori esperienze. Situato vicino al centro montagna Hirafu e Holiday Pair Lift 1, è conveniente per noi prendere gli attrezzi da sci in un contornato all'interno dell'hotel e direttamente in & fuori. Questa zona è meno popolata di quella che circonda l'ascensore di famiglia di Ace a ovest di Grand Hirafu ..., quindi, un luogo ideale per i principianti. La nostra camera Nitori è spaziale, accogliente, pulita e completamente attrezzata con diverse strutture e mobili, tra cui forni, forno, lavastoviglie, lavastoviglie, utensili, tavolo da pranzo, ecc. La nostra camera doveva avere vista sul monte Yotei. Sfortunatamente, ci sono state neve e nuvola pesanti nei primi 3 giorni. Hinzan è stato fantastico per le nostre vacanze sciistiche a Niseko! La posizione è super centrale, ma hanno anche una navetta che può portarti agli ascensori e intorno a Hirafu, quindi non devi andare con le tue attrezzature. La sala da sci e la sala da bagno con riscaldatori per le scarpe erano molto comodi. Il tempo di servizio frontale era limitato, ma era molto flessibile organizzare che il personale si ritardasse/arriva presto per il check-in e check-out. Tutto il personale era sorprendente, andando fuori dal loro modo per assicurarsi che abbiamo un buon soggiorno! Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!

Non sono mai stato così eccitato a recensire un hotel, ma questo è davvero un Seven Star... Abbiamo spazio di parcheggio ampi! Ambiente caldo e accogliente all'interno. Monte Yotei vista la migliore. Il personale è così utile e bello. Faranno tutto e tutto per farvi sentire a casa. Tutto è in posizione e ordinare molto pulito e pulito. Posizione è perfetta! Le camere standard sono troppo spaziose. 24*7 macchina caffè che è complimentare. Oh ho amato la mia Coppa di Coca calda in un giorno molte volte haha... suo yummm. Hanno tutte le migliori informazioni e consigli di viaggio su Niseko sul loro ufficio di ricezione. Hanno giocattoli e giochi per i bambini e la famiglia per mantenere te stesso divertimento. Our family ski holiday started with horrors when our luggage did not arrive. Communication with the airline was super difficult and mostly lost in transactions. When arrived at the Vale Niseko and informed Mirko about the incident, he immediately took this matter into his hand. He helped coordinate with the airline and with Yamato. He continued to give us a status update throughout. A lovely hotel staff (thank you) collected our luggage from Yamato's Kutchan office and paid for the fees on our behalf. The fees were later paid out of our credit card which was on file. They did not charge us for the collecting fees at all. Mostly importantly, we did not have to lift a finger and could focus on enjoying our holiday .... thank you Mirko and the Vale Niseko team :) You all gave us a true five-star service and experience. The Vale Niseko is so lucky to have you guys. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Vale Niseko. We will not stay anywhere else next time we are there. Rooms: We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a view of Mt.Yotei. It is super spacious, fully equipped with a fridge, electric hob, oven, toasting machine, dishwasher, laundry/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, fireplace, TV, Yamaha blue-tooth speaker, rice cooker and more!!!! We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment nice every day, which was super convenient. The bathroom is so spacious with an onsen feel. My hubby loves it so much he wants to have one built in our new home :) Nearby activities: Food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stops, shopping Walkability: It is in a prime location, an easy stroll to the most important places; ski rental at Rhythym, food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Ski-in and out ability - Ski-in yes as it is at the bottom of the Family Ace lift. For ski-out, you need to walk up a tiny slope - it does not bother us though. Food & drinks: Vale Bar and Grill is great. We had our dinner there. Food quality and service are great. Noteworthy details: Mr. Corbella, the GM, is the best hotel GM I have ever come across. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world but I have yet to come across someone so dedicated and committed to his job and his clients like Mirko Corbella. The hotel staff are awesome. Every staff we came across during our 6 days of staying was truly exceptional. Public onsen is great! It is spacious, clean, beautiful and not too crowded.

Stayed here with a group of 5 friends, and it was lovely. New and modern rooms, all the appliances you’d need (dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc), and great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, there’s a small lift 2 min walk away and a run that ends there so almost a ski in/ski out. The main lift is about a 10 min walk up if you want to catch first lift. Also so helpful to have a front desk concierge in the building to help make restaurant reservations and let us into our rooms when we forgot our key. Thank you Arthur for all your help!! Total lifesaver. Only downside was that the wifi was spotty at times.

La struttura è molto bella, abbiamo una camera da letto 2+1, le camere sono belle e adeguatamente attrezzate con tutto quello che ci serve. I bagni, gli asciugamani, l'umidificatore, il ferro, le rocce di asciugatura, il nespresso, il tostapane, il caldo, la cucina e il cibo ecc. la parte migliore è, sono molto puliti. Sci in fondo, sci dal lift e stoccaggio in locker o mettere in sci e sci per prendere l'ascensore. Il personale è tutto utile e amichevole. Tutti parlano inglese, anche organizzato navi per noi per andare in giro irafu. C'è anche un fisio sul sito, riuscito a risolvere il problema di mia figlia Shin & ankle in solo 1 sessione. Rimarremo qui, buon prezzo e soprattutto, abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno.

4bedroomのペントハウスに3泊しました。施設や部屋の内装は良く、部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 ただ、ラグジュアリーホテルとは到底思えないようなホスピタリティの低さを随所に感じました。笑顔は全くなく、顧客目線に立って、より快適に過ごしてもらおうという気持ちも全く感じません。ただ運営側本意なルールを押し付け、業務をこなしているような感じです。1泊30万近く払って連泊している宿泊者に対してビジネスホテルのような感覚で対応しています。もはや現場だけの問題ではなく、上席者の指示や運営会社の経営方針自体に問題があるように感じました。施設は良いだけに、とても残念です。 まず到着時には車から荷物降ろすのを手伝う気配はなく目の前で傍観している態度に驚きました。荷物は車２台分全て自分達で降ろしました。チェックアウト時の手伝いも皆無。一番高いスィートなのにルームクリーニングは他の部屋同様に最低限で、使用した食器などは一切洗ってくれません。昨シーズンはskye nisekoのペントハウスに何度か宿泊しましたが、サービスのレベルや融通のきかせ方は綾よりはかなり良かったです。 他にもとにかく融通が効かなく、多々残念な対応がありましたが割愛します。ホテルが良く考え直して値段に見合って、心のこもったサービスに改善していただける事を願っています。

Situazione buona - (1) 2 minuti a piedi da Hirafu Intersezione bus fermata (2) leggermente sotto 2 minuti a Momiji fermata che è una delle fermate di Hirafu gratuita di autobus fermata che si può viaggiare convenientemente intorno alla zona. La stanza era spaziosa, la pulizia era di punta e fornita di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il loro regalo di benvenuto ci ha davvero sorpresi. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Il servizio di navetta alla stazione ferroviaria più vicina era disponibile anche. In generale, ci siamo divertiti il nostro soggiorno 😊
