This guy is very good men, he wait for me at day 1 but our flight delayed, unable to stay. But he will offered to store our luggage at hostel. Thank you good men 🤭

basic place for a low price, i would like it more if they had quiet hours at night time, guests in the dorm looked on videos on mobile with high volume during night

I am sorry to say that this"hostel "" for the want of a better word was not what I expect from Trip.com however having said that my problem was resolved by Trip.com very quickly I only paid 19 y so what do you expect well at the very least empty the bins in the bathroom and maybe have a separate shower and toilet for women as you have separate rooms 😀

It's an apartment inside a condo, converted into a shared room with bunk beds. There's also a kitchen. Bathroom door cannot be locked. I was given the code to enter the room but not the code to enter the main building door, so I had to wait until someone walked out. Near the station, convenient.

I stayed for 3 nights, upon arrival huge thanks to Evens (a member of staff) who came to pick me up, took me to the accommodation, kindly helped me on how things work there and last but not least ordered dinner for me. Good budget accommodation, clean, nice views, super close to Kunming railway station. The only bathroom can get quite busy so best to use before or after the "rush hours'

Good location, it’s only a short walk to the railway station

I stayed for two nights here in a four bed women dormitory. It is simple and you have all the services that you need : a kitchen, a washing machine, little food shops at the building's entrance and it's not far from the railway station. Also, hosts are wonderful !! They prepared a meal in the evening. We visited town together : they brought me to Kunming lake, street snacks, food market in the morning and a nice park. All that for free !! I highly recommend this homestay. Simple, not expensive and warm up. 😊🙌

The location is nearby the subway station. The room is clean and quite. The price is resonable.

Great hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

Location was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me. Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it. The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

We had a nice stay in this hostel. The staff, and especially Evens, if very welcoming and helpful. We would recommend for sur this hostel to any traveller that travel on a budget and/or who want to meet nice travelers and Chinese people! We had a little difficulty in finding the exact location of the place. It would be easier to find the place if the location on Baidumaps was exact, and/or if there were a sign at the entrance of the building, explaining that the hostel in inside. Have a nice stay there!

It’s located in good location

I stayed for a quick stopover in between trains - the hostel is very close to the train station and I could walk easily. The room was simple but had everything I needed and I slept really well. The highlight is the owner Winni who has been incredibly helpful and friendly. She allowed me to store luggage and helped me to pick it up again early in the morning. Very very good service :)
